Hello! Can anyone help me with this? I sent 1 Hive 2 days ago and I have been casting the upvotes on each match (selected correctly some of them) and still I don't have any badges.

Sorry to say but we cannot find any HIVE sent to @hivebuzz.pool in your transfers history (https://peakd.com/@olaf.gui/wallet).

I have it in my history...

This is SWAP.HIVE, not HIVE!

Ok, please send it back if that's the case.

Done. Next time read the rules and verify before being rude!

Thanks for sending it back.

I was not rude. I had no other way of contacting anyone about this other than making these replies. I made 1 reply and for no response. I saw another post and tried again, no reply. My error was replying again after a while before checking my notifications. This was something that needed to be looked at quick because it's an ongoing event that doesn't wait. It wasn't because I thought I was being robbed but just that there was a mistake. Also, when you said I didn't send any hive you could have said that I sent the wrong thing. That's like me paying with $1 when it was €1 and the receiver saying they didn't get paid. I didn't even know swap.hive was different from hive. I don't think I could even have sent hive at the time. I had some HBD in my wallet but no hive. On hive-engine I had just swap.hive. None of this makes me rude.

Also, I see others that also say they are not entered and that they did everything. Maybe it's the same mistake so it's probably a common one. More reasons to have an explanation on the original post to avoid the mistake and know that when someone is saying they did it and weren't entered to tell them right away what was the problem and give the token back.

The comment you made here was all but friendly while you are solely responsible for your mistake.
We reply to comments regularly, sometimes several times per day, but we are not 24x7 in front of a computer.

when you said I didn't send any hive you could have said that I sent the wrong thing.

Once again you blame it on us. We couldn't know what you did, and it's not for us to guess. You claimed to have sent HIVE, without further details, which was not the case. Period!

I didn't even know swap.hive was different from hive.

Now you know. There are hundreds of participants in the contest, even newbies
Only a few of them made a mistake, but they contacted us in a friendly way or have it rectified on their own without blaming others.
This is why we find your behavior rude.
