I agree. Not nearly as good as Game of Thrones.
Very disappointing. Leaves us with the feeling we've been duped. Every writer knows that, for a story to work, you need a good arc. A good arc demands a resolution. Less than that is cheating the people who have stuck with you to the end.
Who wants to wait two years? Who will care in two years? It wasn't good enough for us to wait :))
