Spring came to Poland very quickly this year.

I invite you to my modest garden, where there are only a few flowers. They show that it's time, that spring is coming to Poland. Today it was even over 15 degrees in the shade, it's probably the warmest February in my entire life - special because it's the 29th day of February. Most often in February, when I was a child, I was building a snowman and sledding, the temperatures were -5/15 degrees and there were huge snowdrifts. Meanwhile, spring!

Zapraszam do mojego skromnego ogrodu, gdzie jest tylko kilka kwiatów. Pokazują, że to już czas, że już wiosna się zbliża do polski. Dzisiaj było nawet ponad 15 stopni w cieniu, to chyba najcieplejszy luty w całym moim życiu - wyjątkowy bo to 29 dzień miesiąca lutego. Najczęściej w lutym będąc dzieckiem jeszcze lepiłem bałwana i jeździłem na sankach, temperatury były -5/15 stopni i ogromne zaspy śnieżne. Tymczasem wiosna!

Violets - I dug them up, they will be on a walk in autumn, they grew near a small river, close to the road. These are one of my wife's favorite flowers, I planted them just for her, next to the entrance to the house. They welcome you with a beautiful purple color.

Fiołki - wykopałem je będą na spacerze jesienią, rosły nieopodal małej rzeczki, blisko drogi. Są to jedne z ulubionych kwiatów żony, posadziłem je właśnie dla niej, obok wejścia do domu. Witają pięknym fioletowym kolorem.

No one has planted these flowers, they have been growing on the lawn for as long as I can remember. Some daisy flowers are really big and grow almost all over the yard.

Tych kwiatów raczej nikt nie sadził, rosną na trawniku odkąd pamiętam. Niektóre kwiaty stokrotek są naprawdę wielkie i rosną prawie na całym podwórku.

In the fall, my wife planted onions. I don't know what it is, probably a hyacinth or a narcissus. You can see a small flower bud inside. I wonder what color it will be? :) A small ladybug was passing by on a lavender bush 🐞

Na jesień żona wsadziła cebulkę. Nie wiem co to jest, chyba hiacynt albo narcyz. Widać w środku mały pąk kwiata. Ciekawe jakiego będzie koloru? :) Nieopodal na krzaczku lawendy przechodziła mała biedronka 🐞

In the background you can see some dried autumn leaves and grass. But what is most visible is the greenery. The first peony flower stalks are showing through the ground, their red color contrasting beautifully against the green background.

W tle widać trochę wyschniętych, jesiennych liści i traw. Ale najbardziej już widać zieleń. Przez ziemie przebijają się pierwsze łodygi kwiatu piwonii, pięknie kontrastują swoją czerwienią na tle tej zieleni.
