Sin perder parte de la esencia del clásico de culto, el director Tim Burton nos trae una secuela que nadie pidió, pero que la verdad no me disgusto en lo absoluto, ya que se autoreferencia en esta nueva cinta del demonio Beetlejuice, manteniendo hasta esos efectos especiales que fueron considerados como de mala calidad, pero que pese a todo envejecieron mucho mejor de lo esperado, y que tanta personalidad le da a este mundo de muertos.
