Review | Midnight sun | Romantic cinema (2018) [ENG-ESP]
Talking to you about this film touches me very much, because I saw it at a difficult time for me, I felt that at a certain point it affected me a little bit. But, we are fine. The same is titled; Midnight Love was released on cinema screens in the year 2018. It is a drama and love laden filming, aimed at the teenage audience. Now, this plot is one of the typical movies that is based on the story of someone who has a deadly disease and in the end just decides to enjoy his day to day life as his last breath of life. Just as it happens in; Under the Same Star, Me Before You and Six Feet Away from You.
Hablarles de esta película me conmueve muchísimo, debido a que, la visualicé en un momento algo difícil para mí, sentí que en cierto punto me afectó un poco. Pero, estamos bien. La misma lleva por título; Amor de medianoche fue publicada en las pantallas del cine en el año 2018. Es una filmación cargada de drama y amor, dirigida al público de adolescentes. Ahora bien, esta trama es una de las típicas películas que está basada en la historia de alguien que tiene una enfermedad mortal y que al final solo decide disfrutar su día a día como su último aliento de vida. Tal cual como sucede en; Bajo la misma estrella, Yo antes de ti y A dos metros de ti.
Each one of them has filled my being with hope and at a certain point I have had the confidence that maybe there is a possibility that everything will change in the end, however, most of the productions are based on real life, so without realizing it, I have witnessed the harsh reality of many people who suffer from a disease that has no cure. Thus, I will give you a foretaste of the plot: A Love at Midnight, tells the story of a girl named Katie, from a very young age she has lived cooped up at home, due to a strange disease of acute intolerance to sunlight. This means that any amount of sunlight could cause her to lose her life extremely quickly. Now, the only times she could perhaps be exposed to sunlight were at night, however, her father Jack cared for her so much that he preferred her to be at home 24 hours a day, studying online and enjoying what she loved most; playing the guitar and singing.
Cada una de ellas, ha llenado mi ser de esperanzas y en cierto punto he tenido la confianza en que quizás exista la posibilidad de que todo cambie al final, sin embargo, la mayoría de la producciones están basadas en la vida real, por lo que, sin darme cuenta he sido testigo de la cruda realidad de muchas personas que padecen una enfermedad que no tiene cura. De esta forma, les doy un abreboca de la trama: Un amor a medianoche, relata la historia de una chica llamada Katie (17 años), desde muy pequeña ha vivido encerrada en casa, debido a una extraña enfermedad de intolerancia aguda a la luz del sol. Esto quiere decir, que cualquier mínima cantidad de luz solar podría ocasionarle que pierda la vida de una forma extremadamente rápida. Ahora bien, los únicos instantes en los que ella quizás podía exponerse era en horarios nocturnos, sin embargo, su padre Jack la cuidaba tanto que prefería que ella estuviera las 24 horas del día en casa, estudiando online y disfrutando de lo que más le encantaba; tocar la guitarra y cantar.
It should be noted that I will avoid telling the details of the end and not spoliarlos at least with what happens at the end, which for me, was the most interesting. Continuing with the story of the filming, Katie's life begins to make sense when her platonic love Charlie comes into her life; a boy who she watched from her window for a long time. From this moment on, the actors' performances with their characters were very attractive and charming. Both of them are too sweet, I was honestly hooked.
Cabe destacar, que evitaré contar los detalles del final y no spoliarlos por lo menos con lo que sucede a lo último, que para mí, fue lo más interesante. Continuando con el relato de la filmación cinematográfica, la vida de Katie comienza a tener sentido cuando llega a su vida su amor platónico Charlie; un chico el cual, ella contemplaba desde su ventana durante mucho tiempo. A partir de este instante comienzan su romance veraniego, hay que resaltar que el desenvolvimientos de los actores con sus personajes fue muy atractivo y encantador. Ambos son demasiado dulces, sinceramente quedé muy enganchada.
There, we will meet Katie's best friend who is so funny and outgoing, the role is a great fit for the actress. Definitely, having a friend like that in life would be super cool. So, I will definitely continue to gravitate towards these realistic and sentimental films, they make me put my feet on the ground and reflect on how blessed and fortunate I am to be doing well, and it makes me realize that I should appreciate life and all that it has to offer.
Allí, nos toparemos con la mejor amiga de Katie quien es demasiado divertida y muy extrovertida, le quedó súper bien el papel a la actriz. Definitivamente, tener una amiga así en la vida sería súper genial. De esta manera, no cabe duda que continuaré inclinándome a estas filmaciones realista y sentimentales, me hacen poner mis pies sobre la tierra, con respecto a reflexionar lo bendecida y afortunada que soy de estar bien, aparte que me hace entender que debo valorar la vida, todo lo que me ofrece.
Finally, I give this film four stars; it is very realistic and delivers what it promises with respect to the genres. Based on my experience, I suggest you watch it with you will enjoy it a lot, and maybe shed a tear or two. Thanks for making it this far film buff! Blessings.
