(ESP/ENG) Simón " A Cry for Freedom", My opinion about this movie.

     Hola mis queridos amigos, espero estén muy bien, que estas navidades sean prosperas y en familia para todos ustedes; este mes de diciembre ha sido muy movido laboralmente para mí, tanto así, que no he tenido mucho tiempo para ver una película completa un mismo día, pero así fuese por partes tuve la oportunidad de disfrutar de una película que tuvo gran impacto en mí y me imagino que en muchos, se llama “SIMON”, una producción venezolana basada en hechos reales, que muchos venezolanos hemos vivido, unos más que otros, esta película es un reflejo de la situación política y humanitaria del país, donde deja ver lo que el venezolano sufre al no estar a favor del gobierno actual.

De qué Trata la película y mi opinión sobre ella.

     Es una producción que se estrenó en septiembre de este mismo año, dirigida por el director Diego Vicentini, que convirtió una tesis de grado en un cortometraje en el 2018 y luego en esta película en el presente año, cuenta con un amplio elenco de actores venezolanos y unos pocos de otros países, que se encargan de darle vida a esta historia basada en hechos reales, llena de drama, suspenso, discriminación, represión, opresión, política sucia, abuso de autoridad, pero también valentía y esperanzas.

     Nos cuentan la historia de Simón, un muchacho como muchos, esta cargados de sueños y metas por cumplir, estudiante sobresaliente que se ve afectado por el gobierno actual de Venezuela, que por su mala gestión hicieron del país una pesadilla para muchos, y más para los jóvenes estudiantes, que apenas estaban forjando su futuro, Simón viendo esa situación, encabeza un gran grupo de estudiantes activistas, que salían a manifestar, a alzar la voz, haciéndose escuchar en las calles y redes sociales, que a diferencias de los cuerpos de seguridad, fuerzas armadas y policías que estaban muy bien armados, estos jóvenes solo llevaban consigo sus sueños y esperanzas de un país mejor, claro les tocaba defenderse de las agresiones como pudieron, sea con palos o piedras; Simón se ve envuelto en la dura realidad de este gobierno, al ser reprimido, amenazado, a ser testigo de actos crueles, todo esto lo deja marcado mentalmente y cuando lo dejan ir, pero con advertencias, él decide irse del país y llega a Miami, donde tendrá una segunda oportunidad, pero con un camino muy difícil por lo que vivió en Venezuela, deberá luchar con todo ese tormento, secuelas y sentimientos.

     Mis amigos, se las recomiendo, no pensé que me llegara a gustar tanto, hay veces que no le damos tanta importancia a una producción de bajo presupuesto, porque pensamos que será decepcionante, pero en lo personal, y más que soy venezolana, esta película me llego al corazón, viví esa dura etapa de manifestaciones, estuve en una y a pesar que no fue violentada por los cuerpo policiales, si se viven muchas emociones entando allí, pero en Caracas si hubieron muchos actos de violencia, muchos jóvenes perdieron sus vidas, otros sus ganas de vivir, y muchos otros se fueron del país, ese año 2017 jamás lo olvidaremos, líderes políticos de la oposición dirigían todas estas manifestaciones, pero quienes más sufrían eran los estudiantes, jóvenes que solo querían un país de oportunidades, no el que estaban viviendo, donde lo que es democracia para el gobierno, para nosotros es dictadura; hoy en día se vive un poco mejor, aún tenemos esa ganas de superación, y DIOS esta recompensando tantas luchas y sacrificios, gracias a él y a ciertas empresas que llegaron al país, que están pagando un mejor salario que los sectores laborales del gobierno, muchos estamos encaminando nuestras metas nuevamente, y muchachos como Simón, pueden intentar volver a soñar con una vida mejor, en un país que sigue siendo golpeado por un régimen opresor, pero que nos ha fortalecido para ser mas capaces para día, y sin esperar nada positivo de ellos, buscamos como mejorar nuestras vidas.

Mis amigos esto fue todo, esta película me llego al corazón, me llevo a esa etapa difícil, que aun vivimos, pero que hoy en día es más llevadera; me despido, se les quiere.

What the movie is about and my opinion about it.

     My friends, I recommend it, I did not think I would like it so much, sometimes we do not give so much importance to a low budget production, because we think it will be disappointing, but personally, and more than I am Venezuelan, this film touched my heart, I lived that hard stage of demonstrations, I was in one and although it was not violated by the police forces, if you live many emotions entering there, but in Caracas there were many acts of violence, many young people lost their lives, others lost their will to live, and many others left the country, we will never forget that year 2017, political leaders of the opposition led all these demonstrations, but those who suffered the most were the students, young people who only wanted a country of opportunities, not the one they were living, where what is democracy for the government, for us is dictatorship; Today we live a little better, we still have that desire to overcome, and GOD is rewarding so many struggles and sacrifices, thanks to him and to certain companies that came to the country, which are paying a better salary than the labor sectors of the government, many of us are heading our goals again, and boys like Simon, can try to return to dream of a better life, in a country that continues to be beaten by an oppressive regime, but that has strengthened us to be more capable for the day, and without expecting anything positive from them, we seek to improve our lives.
