Movie: A weird mix of SF material in a weird movie, made by Peter Bogdanovich

Today we have a rather peculiar movie from 1968, which is mainly based on the Soviet SF film "Planet Bur" from 1962.
Director Peter Bogdanivich used footage from it and added some own production material, to finally create "Journey to the Planet of Prehistoric Women", aka as "Gill Men". Look at the desciption below the video on YT for some more detail.

Personally, the title "Planet of the Rubber Dinosaurs" comes to my mind when I see it.
Its somehow hard to tell if its cool, or trashy or funny. Anyway, its worth taking a look if you dont yet know it.

So here is "Journey to the Planet of the Hot Prehistoric Women"... Well, no, actually hot is not in the title... :)

Die Filmgeschichte - und besonders die der SF Filme - ist voll davon. Diesen hier hab ich schon vor einiger Zeit mal in einem Musik Video gesehen, also Ausschnitte davon. Ein House Track von der Berliner DJane Nadja Lind war das. Die hat einige solche Videos gemacht, mit so trashigen 60er Jahre Filmen als Hintergrund. Echt schräges Zeug... :)
