Game cinematic contest: HSBI Giveaway (En-Fr)

With the first image proposed in my previous post, I didn't get a game proposal.
A participant looking for clues asked in a comment if this was a turn-based strategy game, so I thank him for the question and share the answer in this post:
The game to be discovered is a real-time strategy (RTS) game.
I remind you that this is retrogaming, the game is over 20 years old.
I'd like to add that beyond the campaign mode, the main interest was the multiplayer mode, mainly in local network.
I remember playing it in local LAN mode on two computers at home; it was the simplest mode, direct LAN, and the games were wild with my children, or between them and their friends (there were sometimes spy observers going from one PC to another).

But above all, I remember LAN party games that were real expeditions.
There would be 6 or 8 of us in a fairly large room with enough tables and chairs, and we'd have to take all our equipment with us: tower, screen, keyboard, cables, etc., plus spare equipment in case of breakdown or another player forgetting, not forgetting the drivers and Windows CDs in case we needed to reinstall.
Installing and configuring the network (in IPX mode, I believe) was particularly time-consuming, as addresses had to be assigned manually, and one PC, the most powerful, had to be the game host.
It took a whole day to get there, set up, play, pack up and get back, but it was pure fun with friends.

Here's the second image from the introductory cinematic, which like the first gives an idea of the game world you have to guess to get 2 HSBI.

Avec la première image proposée lors de mon post précédent, je n'ai pas eu de proposition de jeu.
Un participant à la recherche d'indices a demandé en commentaire si il s'agissait d'un jeu de stratégie au tour par tour, je le remercie pour cette question et je partage la réponse dans ce post:
Le jeu à découvrir est un jeu de stratégie en temps réel (RTS).
Je rappelle que c'est du rétrogaming, le jeu a plus de 20 ans.
Je complète en rajoutant qu'au delà du mode campagne l'intérêt principal était le mode multijoueur en réseau local principalement.
Je me rappelle y avoir joué en mode local LAN à deux ordinateurs chez moi, c'était le mode le plus simple, direct LAN et les parties étaient endiablées avec mes enfants, ou entre eux et leurs amis. (il y avait parfois des observateurs espions qui allaient d'un PC à l'autre).

Mais surtout je me rappelle de LAN parties qui étaient de véritables expéditions.
On se retrouvait à 6 ou 8 dans un local assez grand avec suffisamment de tables et de chaises, et il fallait emporter tout son matériel, tour, écran, clavier, cables etc plus du matériel de rechange en cas de panne ou d'oubli d'un autre joueur, sans oublier les CD de drivers et de Windows en cas de réinstallation nécessaire.
L'installation et la configuration du réseau (en mode IPX je crois) était particulièrement longue, il fallait attribuer les adresses manuellement, et un PC, le plus puissant devait être l'hôte du jeu.
Il fallait compter une journée complète, trajet, installation, jeu, remballage et retour, mais c'était du pur plaisir entre potes.

I'm very fond of introductory cinematics in video games and I'm going to propose a series of little contests that will allow the winner to obtain 1 HSBI.

The game is very simple: the image provided is a screenshot of a game cinematic intro, and you have to find out which one.
If nobody finds it, I'll add another screenshot until I have a winner.
I could also add clues based on the answers given.

Les bases:

J'aime beaucoup les cinématiques d'introduction dans les jeux vidéo et je vais proposer une série de petits concours qui permettront au gagnant d'obtenir 1 HSBI.

Le jeu est très simple, l'image fournie est un screenshot de la cinématique d'introduction d'un jeu, il faut découvrir lequel.
Si personne ne trouve, je rajouterai un autre screenshot jusqu'à avoir un gagnant.
Je pourrais aussi ajouter des indices en fonction des réponses données.
