Cine TV Contest #119 - Favorite War Movie

avatar

Hello CineTV

Superheroes make us think about the possibilities of what could be. We can imagine ourselves as being like them and what we would do with those powers. They give us an escape and maybe even hope. Superhero movies definitely had their time in the spotlight even though now they be oversaturated. There still are some amazing superhero movies that have been made over the last 15 years.

I want to take a moment and thank all of those that took the time to enter our contest. If you are going to be posting on CineTV anyways why not enter the contest for your chance to win some free cine tokens. Just know that there are always more and bigger plans for this community, so don't miss your chance to get cine while you can.

Let's get to the winners!

Favorite War Movie

War is hell. We can see the price of battle happening in our world right now. I am not interested in taking sides or assigning blame in this post but just to highlight the fact that humans have been warring since the dawn of time. It has always fascinated me to learn about history and the realities of war. Unfortunately, war hits people that have nothing to do with the huge decisions happening and takes the lives of the young and the poor.

For those of us who haven't served or seen battle, the closest that we can come to experiencing that hell for ourselves is through movies (and maybe video games?). For this contest I want you to pick a film that is centered around war and give a good and detailed review. Tell us about the war scenes depicted in the film and how close you think that they come to reality. Describe your feelings and what you experience while viewing this film. If you have served in the military, tell us about how the movie relates to the reality that you experienced.

If you have any questions or concerns feel free to tag me in the Discord channel (caulderfreeman). Enjoy this week's contest and good luck!

Oh wow, I'm wondering who will win in this one. 😅 I think I'll participate in the next one, cos me and war movies have a long way to go in order to build a relationship. 😂

I'm rooting for all the entries. ✌️
