A Romance movie turned into a comedy.

Watching a foreign romance movie is not really my thing. I can still handle the Korean dramas because they make me laugh because of the comedy scenes and because they make me feel sad because of the tragic story—at least! It's a sad ending, though; it's a romance drama. I am still happy after crying because they got the same pain that I feel about relationships.

I don't remember the last time I watched a foreign romance movie. But I remember that I have watched the movie "After" before, but I haven't watched the next seasons of this romance movie yet.

I am really into horror movies. I don't know why I don't like watching romance movies. Maybe because I am a bitter person, I haven't been in a relationship for six years now.

Anyway, there is this romance movie that I watched a few days ago. But I didn't continue watching it because... The story is very familiar to me, and I lost my energy to watch it. But I decided to continue watching it today because I was curious about the ending.

The title of this movie is "The Idea of You." About the cast, I don't know them. I only know Anne Hathaway because I heard her name before in my favorite Korean boy band.

Now let's see what my thoughts are about some scenes that I have watched in the movie.

You know what I have noticed about some professional people: they are more into books and art. My life is full of, uh, darkness from the past, so I am late to discover some things that are part of adulting. Right now, I am surrounded by people who like to read, and somehow, I also like to read because of them. Even though I don't like reading, I guess I need it to learn some things.

Oh, I am still in my 20s. So, I am still looking forward to a handsome cast in the movie or series that I am watching. I only find the male lead attractive, and the rest of the members of the boy band don't make my heart pound. I am disappointed because I've also seen some movies that have heartthrobs in the university or school genre, and this is the first time that I expect too much.

On this part, I admit that I am stopping myself from smiling because I feel a romantic excitement because some of the girls also have this dream while they are still young to be serenaded by a man that they like in front of many people. I never experienced that, but my first boyfriend was part of a dance group back when I was still a second-year high school student, so I feel what the girl feels watching the man that they liked being cool in front of the crowd.

This movie is torture for me. Let me remind myself again that this movie is a romance, so there are some scenes, if you know what I mean. And I skipped it.

It's not like I don't like to watch it because I am not a minor anymore, but I feel cringing every time I watch some couples do the kissing. What the~

_{Spoiler Alert: I just want to share my reaction after watching this scene. because I also felt this when I was with the person I liked.}

I also felt this when I was with someone I liked. So I understand the feeling when the guy said this to her. But even though we feel like if the person we like doesn't feel the same as we do, this will be just nothing to them.

When I feel like the story is the same as what I have read on Wattpad,. I stopped watching it because I knew what would happen next. The story of this movie is not new to the romance genre; I have watched and read some stories like this, so I think it's not that exciting for me to watch. But I still managed to continue watching it until the end today because I was curious about the ending.

So far, I like the ending of this movie. It's not OA and cringe, and it's a very mature or open-minded closing of the situation which is why I got a lesson about relationships.

What I also like about this movie is that both female and male leads are good at acting, especially when they show their emotions while saying hurtful lines. But of course, as a person who is not really into a romance genre movie, I laughed after watching the scene because I am not yet used to watching movies like this. Can you blame me?

I will rate this romance movie 8/10. I love the ending of the story. I also liked the actor; he's handsome, and his character is like a vegetable. The acting of the actors is good too. I enjoyed watching this, and I think this movie is good for someone who's single like me, even though I don't know if you will still feel the romantic excitement and if your heart is not as cold as ice and as hard as a stone yet.
