Platform 2 - Good but Unnessesary

Platform 2 is a sequel we never asked yet we got, thanks to the success of the first film.

I largely enjoyed the original so I watched the sequel when I finally had some free time from my busy schedule.

The movie is on the same spirit and expands on the same notions of societal structure, catharsis, getting a second chance in life, good vs evil etc etc. if you liked the first movie, you will like this one. At least I did.

However, I wish we didn't get the "double" ending we got. It should have stayed either strictly paranormal or scifi. Clearly they are thinking to expand and built on the universe even more and chances are they will fuck it up, just to milk some extra dollars.

Tldr. It's a good movie and a good sequel. But largely unnessesary. You can skip it without second thoughts! If you didn't like the original it's a definitive skip !
