The way the series managed to delay Donny's sexual abuse is simply amazing. Most people in these scenes didn't really realize how dependent Donny was on his abuser, and that because of this, he couldn't get away from him. Algo que me parece impresionante de estos capítulos, es que al final como espectadores logramos notar ciertos aspectos que en otras series realmente no sé plantean así, como el tema de que por más que su acusadora cayera presa, donny jamás pudo superar los efectos que está causó en el, haciéndole dependiente a su atención y acoso. Por más que no podamos ver a su acosadora, ella sigue ahí, en la mente de donny, haciéndole imposible que no piense en ella, demostrándonos que el nunca pudo superar estos sucesos, y dándonos un final con un mal sabor de boca, donde nuestro protagonista queda tramado y sin aparente salida de este hoyo
Something that I find impressive about these chapters, is that at the end as viewers we are able to notice certain aspects that in other series are not really raised as well, such as the issue that even though his accuser fell prisoner, Donny could never overcome the effects that she caused in him, making him dependent on her attention and harassment. Even though we can't see his stalker, she is still there, in Donny's mind, making it impossible for him not to think about her, showing us that he could never overcome these events, and giving us an ending with a bad taste in our mouth, where our protagonist is left plotted and with no apparent way out of this pit.
Hay aspectos de esta serie que me sorprendieron mucho, saliendo nos un poco de la historia, como que el actor principal de la película, es la misma persona que paso pro todos estos traumas, dándonos una actuación implacable, realmente reviviendo y sintiendo todos esos traumas. También, la actriz de Martha, es una mujer con muchísima experiencia, que Richard cuenta que al verla reír, fue como si hubiera revivido a su acosadora, y revivido su risa característica, por ello esta mujer fue seleccionada para este papel (también tiene un muy buen parecido a la acosadora original, de la cual desconozco el nombre)
