An anthropology professor, expelled from his university for claiming to be on the threshold of an apocalyptic discovery, is now working on a small island which he reaches by a small boat;
Apparently, his theories and research were the cause of this, as they mixed pagan symbolism, Christianity and climate change.
With very few inhabitants on the island and as his research progresses, the changes in all of them will start a nightmare that will only confirm the insolite theories of the professor...
A strange work of suspense and folklore, full of symbolism and many allegories, from the ferryman Charon to Dante's "The Divine Comedy", with a somewhat confusing script but with an excellent surrealistic and visual setting...
Cosmology, mythological gods and demonology is what this unusual film from Serbia offers us.
The film was directed by Petar Pasic and stars Marco Canadea, Paul Leonard Murray and Leslie Kunz, the script was written by Stefan Andrejic, adapting a story by Dusan Bulic.
