Uhm not the dragons.

Qigong is an art form that you easily can practice.

The other thing you can do is question your belief system.
And let go what's holding you back, to create space for new belief on a deeper level. It's all about remembering who you are.

The more you become self aware, the more energy (Qi) flows.
