A few recent Mono shots

A few recent Mono shots

Good Morning, I am starting the week as I do with sharing a few mono Images some taken on recent walks and some from not so recent walks, a bit of a mish mash of shots from various walks.

I did have another post prepared for today but just was not feeling it for that post this morning so I saved that for later and decided to share these shots.

Now that I have prepared this post I am not really feelign these shots either, and relaise thats probbably because my mind is on as much as I have bene tryign to get my mind off it my visit to a dental surgeon this morningso I will go with this post.

I head off to the dental appointment as soon as I hit send on this post, I am glad he likes to do the surgeries first thing inthe morning and that way it wont be hanging over me all day.\

NOw its not really a big deal and will take probably a little less than two hours, he has to cut into my gum go in and do some work, a small bone graft as well I think then it will be all done, but my fear of dentists is getting to me.
I had bene planning to head over to Portsmouth RI where his office is early and go for a photowalk, but with the temp this morning just below freezing point, I did not feel like braving the cold so instead edited the photos I am sharing today, looking at them as I prepare this post there a bit moody in h0ow I edited them it seems

wish me luck

Nice moody shots indeed.
It's also useful that you have added the exif info. Thanks for that!

That recycled rooster looks really cool in monochrome. Great job on that one! I hope things went well at the dentist. I've got to get in soon as well, I hate going because it's always expensive!

avatar

thanks I do love that rooster and it looke dbetter than I expected in mono

I have a fear of dentists, so I put of going to see one after we moved her ein 2020 and paying for it now, yes so expensive, my dental insurance is run out till the new cycle in July next year and i still need a crown down so thats going to hit my wallet

Great mono shots 👍 I hope the dental visit went well. You could have waited for the pain meds to hit. Maybe give you so added creativity haha Always nice to get the daily post out there early and key events in the day over early. I agree its hard to focus until that is done.

These photographs transmit something in me that I don't know why, they take me to the past, and I feel nostalgic, although I am relatively young, I feel this sensation when I see these photos, I would have loved to live in that time! ♥

Your pictures are beautiful, God bless your artistic talent!

Thanks, I do find mono images can give a timeless feel

I found out recently i have a genetic degenerative bone disease in my jaw and it effects my teeth greatly. I know all too well your fear of the dentists. I cried like a baby when I sat in that chair last year to find out the wonderful news. I wish I had taken better care of my teeth as a youth and now it's all coming home to roost! Hope you heal up well and that your fears subside. Excellent shots as always and I even punned on the image I chose for the next HotShots curation post. hahaha
Cheers

Thanks, not sure my fears will ever subside, but good I am taking care of them again now, its my own fault for quite a few years I never saw a dentisr, now I will try and keep on top of them
