Recently finished one of my favorite manga, Jujutsu Kaisen, and well, the ending left much to be desired, that's true. It did some things well, I applaud that, and the last chapter is not so bad, but the ending in general is something that saddens me a little, because the work as such is a story that I find very interesting and well thought out, however, it seems that good anime endings are no longer made. The same has happened with Boku no Hero, which delivered a lousy ending in my opinion, Naruto, which after the Pain saga begins to derail completely, or, on a different scale, Shingeki no Kiojin, which despite having a good ending, has several things that were not quite right. So, I got to thinking, and decided to talk about some anime that do have a good ending, and why it is so difficult to make a good ending in anime.

Hace poco terminó uno de mis mangas favoritos, Jujutsu Kaisen, y pues, el final dejó mucho que desear eso es cierto. Hizo algunas cosas bien, eso lo aplaudo, y el último capítulo no es tan malo, pero el final en general es algo que si me entristece un poco, porque la obra como tal es una historia que me parece muy interesante y bien planteada, sin embargo, parece que ya no se hacen buenos finales de anime. Lo mismo ha pasado con Boku no Hero, que entrego un final pésimo a mi parecer, Naruto, que después de la saga de Pain empieza a descarrilarse por completo, o, a diferente escala, Shingeki no Kiojin, que a pesar de tener un buen final, tiene varias cosas que no estuvieron del todo bien. Por eso, me he puesto a pensar, y decidí hablar de algunos animes que si tienen un buen final, y el porqué es tan difícil hacer un buen final en el anime.

An ending, no matter what kind of work we are talking about, will always be difficult to write. There are people who begin their works with the ending in mind, but there are others who discover it over time, and in either case the thing can go very wrong, but when we talk about a medium such as manga, it ends up being very difficult because of the level of demand that these artists have, that when their manga becomes famous and important, magazines ask for it to be longer than desired, making the mangaka has to create more plots and show more characters, something that was not in the original idea.

Un final, no importa de qué tipo de obra estemos hablando, siempre será difícil de escribir. Hay personas que comienzan sus obras teniendo en mente el final, pero hay otras que lo van descubriendo con el tiempo, y en cualquiera de los dos casos la cosa puede salir muy mal, pero cuándo se habla de un medio como lo es el manga, termina siendo muy difícil por el nivel de exigencia que tienen estos artistas, que cuándo su manga se vuelve famoso e importante, las revistas piden que se alargue más de lo que se deseaba, haciendo que el mangaka tenga que crear más tramas y mostrar más personajes, cosa que no estaba en la idea original.
