Jo Jo Bizarre Adventures
There are not enough words invented to describe the greatness of JJBA. Often approached from a meme perspective due to the strong surrealism in its storytelling and Araki's art style by the brainrot internet community, we are talking about a real life's work.
The background is there, despite the hyper-realistic narrative, with great plot in each JoJo arc and animation that, while meticulous, clearly underestimates the uniqueness of Araki's sketching. I don't think any other mangaka has managed Western pop culture so artfully, from the fashion industry to the music industry and everything in between.
This is my personal ranking of the JoJos and their respective arcs (only from the anime), hoping that someday we will see Steel Ball Run first and foremost, but also the rest of course.

Jotaro Kujo/Stardust Crusaders.
By far the greatest and most influential JoJo, it couldn't be otherwise, since we are talking about Joseph's grandson. Beyond the excellent plot, the iconic final battle with Dio, the rerorerorero, SC is the most important arc of the series as it was the turning point and maturation of Araki himself. Yes, hamon walked so that stands could run, but the latter is one of the BEST power systems in anime history.
Jolyne Cujoh/Stone Ocean
Perhaps the most human JoJo arc so far, with an amazing protagonist and wonderful writing. Many skip it, I never understood why; Araki's dramaturgy thrives in this arc.
Josuke Higashikata/Diamond Is Unbreakable
Yes, Golden Wind is not in my top 3, but Josuke is a real gem, I can't help it. Surrealism peaks in this arc, the stand powers become insane, and Kira is an incredible villain.
Giorno Giovanna/Golden Wind
Yes, mafia themes and JoJo, with Dio's son as the protagonist. Not many things can go wrong, and rightly so, for many it is either their #1 arc, or at least #2. Delightful, like an iced lemonade on a July afternoon.
Joseph Joestar/Battle Tendency
Probably the funniest JoJo, in an underrated arc that beautifully paves the way for the evolution of the anime.
Jonathan Joestar/Phantom Blood
Is it as bad as it is often presented? Definitely not. But it is terribly uninteresting compared to all the other arcs. Even the use of hamon is handled much better in Battle Tendency. Nevertheless, it has its interest as a story, but much more in how all the elements that make JoJo unique are there, still in their raw form.
