Me dispuse a comenzar a ver esta serie Argentina, que se estrenó en el año 2022 por Star+ con un actor ícono de Argentina, como lo es Guillermo Francella como protagonista, en la cual hace el papel de un encargado de un edificio, en Venezuela lo conocemos con el nombre de Conserje por ejemplo. En otros lados se le conocerà como portero seguramente.

La verdad que me diò mucha risa el papel Guillermo Francella, que encarna a Eliseo. La trama principal es que el encargado que lleva casi 30 años en el edificio y el presidente del consorcio quiere contruir en la terraza del edificio, un piscina, areas publicas y eliminar la casita donde vive el encargado y por supuesto eliminar esa figura para traer a una empresa que haga ese trabajo, entre convencimientos de vecinos entre ambos, se dispara una cantidad de acontecimientos que hace divertida la serie.

Me da mucha risa, que Eliseo, hace mil cosas para evitar que lo saquen, o hace negocios, por ejemplo, le prestan la llave del apartamento porque se van de viaje y este lo alquila a turistas, mete a un okupa o gente que se mete a los apartamentos ilegalmente, esconde a la mascota de otro y despues dice que la encotró, tranza con las empresas que van a hacer mantenimiento al edificio, chantajea a vecinos y lo chantajean a el, hace de hèroe, hasta al ayudante lo salpico con sus acciones.

Otra cosa que me da risa es que va a la residencia de al lado que tiene estos vigilantes nuevos, que son una pantalla y le ves la cara. Entonces el va en las noches y se pone a hablar con el de seguridad. 😆.

Otra de las ocurrencia en la serie es que Eliseo se para en el frente del edicio y està con el encargado el edifico de al lado y se ponen a ver a la gente que pasa y adivinar que son. Es decir, pasa un señor y empiezan, este debe trabajar de diputado, sale el otro, no yo creo que trabaja en el ministerio. 😄

En conclusión, si les gustan las series cómicas, esta en verdad les va a sacar alguna risa.

La segunda temporada ya está disponible desde el año pasado y confirmaron una 3era la Julio de este 2024.

I decided to start watching this Argentinean series, which premiered in the year 2022 on Star+ with an iconic Argentinean actor, Guillermo Francella as the main character, in which he plays the role of a building manager, in Venezuela we know him by the name of Concierge for example. In other places he will probably be known as a doorman.

The truth is that I laughed a lot at the role of Guillermo Francella, who plays Eliseo. The main plot is that the manager who has been in the building for almost 30 years and the president of the consortium wants to build on the terrace of the building, a pool, public areas and eliminate the house where the manager lives and of course eliminate that figure to bring a company to do that job, between convictions of neighbors between the two, it triggers a number of events that makes the series fun.

It makes me laugh, that Eliseo, does a thousand things to avoid being removed, or does business, for example, lend him the key to the apartment because they are going on a trip and he rents it to tourists, puts a squatter or people who get into the apartments illegally, he hides someone else's pet and then says he found it, he deals with the companies that are going to do maintenance to the building, he blackmails neighbors and they blackmail him, he plays the hero, even the assistant was splashed with his actions.

Another thing that makes me laugh is that he goes to the residence next door that has these new security guards, who are a screen and you can see his face. Then he goes in the evenings and starts talking to Gabriel, the security guy.. 😆.

Another occurrence in the series is that Eliseo stands in front of the building and is with the person in charge of the building next door and they start to look at the people passing by and guess who they are. That is to say, a man passes by and they start, this one must work as a deputy, the other one comes out, no I think he works in the ministry.. 😄

In conclusion, if you like comedy series, this one will really get some laughs out of you. .

The second season has been available since last year and a 3rd season has been confirmed for July 2024..
