In the beginning of the movie it is seen that India is under lockdown due to corona virus infection and the police are performing lockdown duty on the streets. However, it is seen that some people disobeyed the police and came out on the streets and the police once punished a doctor on the street for breaking the lockdown. After that, Director-General of Indian Council of Medical Research Dr. Balram Bhargava goes to the office and sees on video that people in China are suddenly dying of dysentery. Dr. Balram Bhargava then another scientist Dr. Nivedita is told about this virus in China and asked to gather all kinds of information.

Dr. Nivedita learns that the virus that people in China are suffering from directly attacks people's hearts and kills people and all this information Dr. Balram told Bhargava. Dr. Balram Bhargava then realizes that it is Corona virus and very soon it will spread in India too, so Dr. Dr. Balram Bhargava is another scientist. Informs Priya and asks to start research on corona virus sample.
