Movie Review:

In the beginning of the movie we see a school where 200 students of the school cheated but 175 of them failed to clear the 12th class examination. After that, the teacher of that school tries to pass all the students by writing the answers of all the questions of the students on the board during the next examination. But unfortunately during that exam a police officer DSP Dushyant Singh declared the exam void due to the teacher taking the exam in such a way and arrested the teacher for trying to bribe him.

On the other hand, Manoj's father, being an honest government official, insults the MLA by not cooperating in his wrongdoing and as a result, the MLA abuses his power and fires Manoj's father from government service. As the sole earner of such a poor family lost his job, Manoj and his elder brother went to earn money using their old car, where they were also stopped by the MLA's people and the police took the two brothers to the police station and tortured them for insulting the MLA. But Manoj uses his intelligence to get himself out of jail with the help of DSP Dushyant Singh and dreams of making himself a DSP through DSP Dushyant Singh's honesty.

As a result, with the help of his family, Manoj goes to the city to appear for the BCS exam to become a DSP and is in danger as all his money is stolen. Also Manoj is distraught when he learns that the government has stopped the BCS exam indefinitely. When poor Manoj learns through Pritam, another student, that through UPS exam one can become a senior police officer IPS than DSP, Manoj goes to Delhi with Pritam and prepares himself for the exam by working hard. But it is seen that after hard work Manoj finally passed in the second attempt, he will have to attend a better coaching center to clear the second phase of the exam.

As a result, Manoj gets admitted to a coaching center in lieu of work and passes in the second attempt by studying part-time despite the unbearable drudgery. Also through Shraddha's love, he prepares himself for the third phase of the exam with more confidence and it is seen that with the love of friends, elder brother and loved ones as well as their support, Manoj is able to fulfill his and his family's dream of becoming an IPS officer. As a result, it can be understood that even if there are thousands of barriers and obstacles, if people have strong interest and will power, then people are able to fulfill their dreams.
