It was TORTUGA: A PIRATE'S TALE, a game developed by Gaming Minds Studios and published by Kalypso Media, released just over a year ago and available on Playstation, Xbox and PC.

It's a tactical strategy game with turn-based naval combat, but also a role-playing and simulation game.
You take on the role of a pirate in the Caribbean in the 17th century, during the colonial era. You have no wealth, no fame, just a small armed raft and crew members who are ready to mutiny if you don't bring them the promised booty.
Your dream is to get your hands on a large cargo of gold to be shipped by the Spanish, but it will be accompanied by a very powerful escort, so you're no match for them.

So you'll need to expand your fleet, capture new ships, hire captains, keep your crew happy, and do a little trading, without getting caught by the navy.
As your fame grows, other pirates will join you to create an alliance that might just be able to get their hands on that fabulous treasure.
I've started a game and the gameplay is pretty good, with a tutorial to guide you through the various gameplay elements in the form of short quests.
I'm sharing the screenshot of my start with the flag I customized, the male pirate figures were so ugly I had to choose a female.

C'est un jeu de stratégie tactique avec des combats navals au tour par tour, mais aussi un jeu de rôle et de simulation.
Vous incarnez un pirate dans les caraïbes au 17° siècle, du temps des colonies, vous n'avez ni richesse, ni renommée et juste un petit rafiot armé et des membres d'équipage qui sont prêts à se mutiner si vous ne leur apportez pas les butins promis.
Votre rêve est de mettre la main sur une grosse cargaison d'or qui doit être expédiée par les espagnols, mais elle sera accompagnée d'une très puissante escorte, vous ne faites pas le poids.

Vous allez donc devoir augmenter votre flottille, capturer de nouveaux bateaux, embaucher des capitaines, satisfaire votre équipage, faire un peu de commerce, sans vous faire prendre par la marine de guerre.
Votre renommée s'étendant, d'autres pirates se joindront à vous pour créer une alliance qui parviendra peut être à mettre la main sur ce fabuleux trésor.
J'ai commencé une partie et la jouabilité est assez bonne, un didacticiel vous guide sous forme de petites quêtes afin de prendre en main les différents éléments du gameplay.
Je vous partage le screenshot de mon départ avec le drapeau que j'ai personnalisé, les figures de pirates hommes étaient tellement moches que j'ai dû choisir une femme.

The basics:

I'm very fond of introductory cinematics in video games and I'm going to propose a series of little contests that will allow the winner to obtain 1 HSBI.

The game is very simple: the image provided is a screenshot of a game cinematic intro, and you have to find out which one.
If nobody finds it, I'll add another screenshot until I have a winner.
I could also add clues based on the answers given.

Les bases:

J'aime beaucoup les cinématiques d'introduction dans les jeux vidéo et je vais proposer une série de petits concours qui permettront au gagnant d'obtenir 1 HSBI.

Le jeu est très simple, l'image fournie est un screenshot de la cinématique d'introduction d'un jeu, il faut découvrir lequel.
Si personne ne trouve, je rajouterai un autre screenshot jusqu'à avoir un gagnant.
Je pourrais aussi ajouter des indices en fonction des réponses données.
