[ESP/ENG] Crítica a DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE/ DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE Review.

Deadpool & Wolverine es la tercera entrega protagonizada por el antihéroe de Marvel Deadpool, esta vez dirigida por Shawn Levy, protagonizada por Ryan Reynolds y acompañado por Hugh Jackman, quien retoma su papel de Wolverine. Ambos personajes coinciden en una historia de carácter multiversal (siendo la moda actual de las películas de Marvel) en la que tendrán que salvar sus respectivas realidades.

Contrario a lo que se pudo pensar inicialmente con respecto al tono que tomaría la franquicia de Deadpool después de ser adquirida por Disney, el personaje se muestra más desatado que nunca en cuanto a la acidez de su humor y la violencia que emplea. Así mismo, lo lleva un paso adelante al enfrentarlo con un dilema personal acerca de llegar a ser relevante y mantener un propósito, lo cual comparte con otros personajes secundarios o que hacen un cameo, quienes brillan y destacan en todo momento que aparecen. Igualmente, la película se muestra muy creativa a la hora de filmar las escenas de acción y coreografías de pelea, recurriendo varias veces a planos largos o en secuencia.

Como aspecto contraproducente, no está de más decir que el humor en la franquicia de Deadpool no será del agrado de muchos. Por otro lado, su antagonista se queda a medias en cuanto a desarrollo y resulta bastante acartonada, además que muchas referencias, cameos y personajes no se disfrutan del todo sin tener un bagaje previo sobre las historias de Marvel.

Si bien en ocasiones la película puede sentirse en ocasiones saturada de elementos transmediáticos y muy necesitada de un contexto previo, resulta tener una historia muy entretenida y dinámica que reta a su protagonista en varios niveles en esta nueva entrega.

Deadpool & Wolverine is the third installment starring Marvel's antihero Deadpool, this time directed by Shawn Levy, starring Ryan Reynolds and accompanied by Hugh Jackman, who reprises his role as Wolverine. Both characters coincide in a story of multiversal character (being the current fashion of Marvel movies) in which they will have to save their respective realities.

Contrary to what was initially thought regarding the tone that the Deadpool franchise would take after being acquired by Disney, the character is more unleashed than ever in terms of the acidity of his humor and the violence he employs. It also takes it a step further by confronting him with a personal dilemma about becoming relevant and maintaining a purpose, which he shares with other supporting or cameo characters who shine and stand out whenever they appear. Likewise, the film is very creative when it comes to filming action scenes and fight choreography, resorting several times to long shots or sequences.

As a counterproductive aspect, it goes without saying that the humor in the Deadpool franchise will not be to the liking of many. On the other hand, its antagonist is half-baked in terms of development and is quite stiff, plus many references, cameos and characters are not fully enjoyed without having a previous background on Marvel stories.

While at times the film can sometimes feel saturated with transmedia elements and very much in need of a previous context, it turns out to have a very entertaining and dynamic story that challenges its protagonist on several levels in this new installment.
