Un ciudadano ejemplar (movie review)

Saludos Hivers, de vuelta nuevamente a las reseñas de cine por aquí. Estaba de lleno con la campaña de Leofinance y también con el curso de asistente tributario que por cierto estaré presentando proyecto este 24 de octubre, así que para despejar un tanto la mente decidí mantenerme ocupado evitando los malos pensares.

Tengo los sentimientos cruzados, porque la verdad es que no sé si debería recomendar está película de hoy. No necesariamente porque sea mala, todo lo contrario es extremadamente buena, solo que es muy fuerte, triste, sangrienta. En resumidas palabras algo Gore.

Sin embargo, parte de esta historia es un hecho real, la actualidad ha marcado un precedente terrible. Pues en estos días he estado viendo noticias terroríficas de padres que asesinan a sus hijos y hacen cosas inimaginables con sus cuerpos.

Justamente está película hay un hecho desgarrador, pues no solo hay una muestra sobre lo que la delincuencia es, también sobre el sentir cuando se vive un momento tan desagradable como este.

Totalmente desgarrador el inicio de esta trama, dónde un hombre tiene que ver cuando asesinan a su esposa e hija, no solo eso, las violan a ambas, algo que enerva mucho na ala impotencia de esta persona que logra sobrevivir no solo para contar su historia, también para buscar justicia.

I was busy with the Leofinance campaign and also with the tax assistant course that by the way I will be presenting my project this October 24, so to clear my mind a little bit I decided to keep myself busy avoiding bad thoughts.


I have crossed feelings, because the truth is that I don't know if I should recommend this movie today. Not necessarily because it's bad, on the contrary it's extremely good, it's just very strong, sad and bloody. In short something Gore.


However, part of this story is a true fact, today has set a terrible precedent. These days I have been seeing terrifying news of parents who murder their children and do unimaginable things with their bodies.


In this film there is a heartbreaking fact, because there is not only a sample of what crime is, but also about the feeling when you live a moment as unpleasant as this.


Totally heartbreaking the beginning of this plot, where a man has to see when his wife and daughter are murdered, not only that, they rape them both, something that unnerves a lot na ala impotence of this person who manages to survive not only to tell his story, also to seek justice.

Sin embargo, la realidad sobre la justicia en esta historia es otra. Sentí una impotencia por el hecho de ver que con los asesinos y violadores se puede y se hacen convenios entre su proceso judicial, es decir, no se los derechos que tienen estás personas, pero considero que con un asesinato las personas deberían perder dicho derecho.

Salir bajo fianza cuando asesinas y violas a personas debe hacer sentir en la cima a este degenerado y es algo que se muestra muy bien en estas escenas cuando incluso el abogado contrario estrecha su mano con el asesino.

La otra cara de esta historia por supuesto no es la mejor, viendo que la justicia es interesada o más bien quienes la imparten y ejecutan hacen con ella lo que venga en gana velando por sus propios intereses.

Sin embargo, pasan 10 años de este evento dónde un padre viudo queda sin justicia alguna por parte de lo que es el derecho judicial en si. Pero pone en marcha un plan muy bien pensado y planificado durante esos años perdidos.

I felt a helplessness for the fact of seeing that with murderers and rapists you can and do make agreements between their judicial process, I mean, I don't know the rights that these people have, but I consider that with a murder people should lose that right.


Getting out on bail when you murder and rape people should make this degenerate feel on top and it is something that is shown very well in these scenes when even the opposing attorney shakes hands with the murderer.


The other side of this story is of course not the best, seeing that justice is self-serving or rather those who impart and execute it do with it whatever they want, looking out for their own interests.


However, 10 years pass from this event where a widowed father is left without any justice from the judicial law itself. But he sets in motion a very well thought out and planned plan during those lost years.

Todo empieza con la ejecución de uno de los cómplices de dicho asesinato que si bien no tuvo participación directa en el hecho, tampoco hizo nada para detenerlo. Sin embargo se ve lo injusto del asunto. Pues quién menos hizo daño es a quien más le recae la ley en este caso.

Una ejecución pautada para que fuese indolora, simplemente se trata de dormir a la persona hasta su muerte. Sin embargo, fue todo lo contrario. Fue descomunalmente doloroso y esto abre ventana nuevamente en el caso.

En otro punto de vista, también es el comienzo de lo que podría tomarse como la venganza o tomar justicia por propias manos sobre un padre que ha perdido toda esperanza y por supuesto el valor hacia la vida de los demás tal y como algunos lo hicieron ver hace 10 años atrás con su familia.

! [English Text] It all begins with the execution of one of the accomplices of the murder, who, although he had no direct participation in the crime, did nothing to stop it. However, the unfairness of the matter is obvious. Because the one who did the least harm is the one who is the one who is most affected by the law in this case.

An execution was designed to be painless, simply to put the person to sleep until death. However, the opposite was true. It was excruciatingly painful and this opens a new window in the case.

In another point of view, it is also the beginning of what could be taken as revenge or taking justice into one's own hands on a father who has lost all hope and of course the value for the lives of others as some did 10 years ago with his family.

Esta película me hizo plantearme la pregunta si sería capaz de hacer tales cosas estando en su misma posición. Y la verdad es que no sé si sería capaz de hacer incluso más de lo que este hombre hizo.

El dolor de perder a alguien en la muerte es a veces algo que no se puede manejar o controlar. Pero perder a tu familia de esa forma tan abrupta y grotesca es algo que me haría perder la humanidad tal y como este padre lo perdió.

La diferencia es que este hombre tiene una inteligencia magnífica e inigualable, algo que lo lleva a tener la facilidad de cometer actos que sirvan de ejemplo para demostrar muchas cosas y dar ciertos mensajes claves sobre lo que algunos creen fue justicia y sobre el hecho de que la gente debe hacerse responsable por sus actos.

Bajo está misma última premisa. El final de este hombre es algo muy parecido, pues es tan inteligente que no se haya forma alguna inicialmente para detenerlo. Pero aquello que lo llevo a mostrar sus actos, fue su mismo fin.

Sin embargo, considero que fue un final buscado para él, de cierto modo sabía que el karma iba a llegarle pues es de cierto modo lo que quiso mostrar ante la justicia, el hecho de caer en el peso de sus actos.

! [English Text] This movie made me wonder if I would be able to do such things being in his position. And the truth is, I don't know if I would be able to do even more than what this man did.


The pain of losing someone in death is sometimes something you can't handle or control. But to lose your family in such an abrupt and grotesque way is something that would make me lose my humanity just as this father lost it.


The difference is that this man has a magnificent and unmatched intelligence, something that leads him to have the facility to commit acts that serve as an example to prove many things and give certain key messages about what some believe was justice and about the fact that people should be held accountable for their actions.


Under this same last premise. The end of this man is much the same, for he is so intelligent that there is no way to stop him initially. But what led him to show his actions was his own end.


However, I consider that it was an end sought for him, in a certain way he knew that karma was going to come to him because it is in a certain way what he wanted to show before justice, the fact of falling under the weight of his acts.
