"The Witcher" primera temporada(Netflix series review)

Saludos Hivers, feliz fin de semana para todos, espero hayan pasado un estupendo sábado. Hoy ha sido para mí bastante cansón pero agradecido de tener las fuerzas para seguir adelante.

En estos días hemos estado viendo mi novio y yo la primera temporada de "The Witcher". Nos preguntamos muchos veces la razón por la cual nunca habíamos visto esta saga que está muy buena.

Hoy hemos terminado la primera temporada y quedamos con mucha ansiedad, queriendo saber aún más de lo mostrado en los primeros 8 capítulos y totalmente fascinados con la trama.

La verdad yo esperaba que fuese aún más fuerte y sangriento de lo que realmente es. Sin embargo, no deja de tener escenas un poco fuertes y turbias para algunos. Era de esperarse debido al toque de fantasía mezclada con guerras y ansias de poder de algunos líderes.

! [English Text] Greetings Hivers, happy weekend to all, hope you all had a great Saturday. Today has been quite tiring for me but thankful to have the strength to keep going.

These days my boyfriend and I have been watching the first season of "The Witcher". We asked ourselves many times the reason why we had never seen this saga that is very good.

Today we finished the first season and we were very anxious, wanting to know even more than what was shown in the first 8 chapters and totally fascinated with the plot.

The truth is that I expected it to be even stronger and bloodier than it really is. However, it still has some scenes that are a bit strong and messy for some people. It was to be expected due to the touch of fantasy mixed with wars and lust for power of some leaders.

El brujo es interpretado por el actor británico Henry Cavill, y una de las cosas que he agradecido mucho de esta serie es que no se han enfocado en dejar que ese lado sexy del actor se vea inmiscuido en la historia porque hubiese sido algo poco interesante cuando hay algo como él que te puede distraer fácilmente.

Me hizo sentir un poco incómodo sus ojos, notandose por supuesto que son lentes de contacto, pero al igual que él estaba una cierta princesa que también tenía esa mirada artificial llamativa.

Ya luego comprendí que es una forma característica de los brujos que son creados a través de una prueba que no muchos logran superar.

Pero este punto es ya un poco avanzado y va directo a la historia de cómo se convirtió en un brujo y no precisamente por decisión propia.

Sin embargo, algo que si forma parte de su vida es el hecho de cazar monstruos y bestias que azotan a los diferentes pueblos.

Su forma de trabajar es muy sencilla y bastante comercial, él hace lo que le pidan mientras haya una paga tras su trabajo realizado. Es por ello que de cierto modo se le dió el apodo de carnicero, el problema es que está tergiversado pensando que asesina humanos.

[English Text] The sorcerer is played by British actor Henry Cavill, and one of the things I really appreciated about this series is that they didn't focus on letting that sexy side of the actor intrude into the story because it would have been kind of uninteresting when there's something like him that can easily distract you.

It made me a little uncomfortable with his eyes, noting of course that they are contact lenses, but just like him was a certain princess who also had that striking artificial look.

Already later I understood that it is a characteristic form of sorcerers who are created through a test that not many manage to overcome.

But this point is already a bit advanced and goes straight to the story of how he became a sorcerer and not exactly by his own decision.

However, something that is part of his life is the fact of hunting monsters and beasts that plague the different towns.

His way of working is very simple and quite commercial, he does whatever is asked of him as long as there is a payment after his work is done. That is why in a way he was given the nickname of butcher, the problem is that it is misrepresented thinking that he kills humans.

Por alguna razón la vida de este brujo está enlazada a un destino. Todo su camino y la mayoría de las personas que se consigue en su camino ademas de sus visiones en el sueño, les da como mensaje el hecho de que su destino está al lado de una joven en el bosque.

En un mismo sentido de la historia pero en otro lugar, hay una guerra desatada no solo por el poder, más bien por la captura de una princesa quien puede cambiar el destino del mundo.

Esta guerra acaba con miles de vidas de una forma cruel. La sangre se asienta y mezcla con la arena de las calles así como los cuerpos mutilados y desgarrados de toda una nación caida.

Mientras que la princesa logra escapar y hacer muy largo el destino que le tiene deparado la vida al lado de quién será su protector.

La vida de ambos está de cierto modo unida gracias a un elemento de la sorpresa cuando el brujo salvó la vida de su padre una vez que intento pedir la mano de su madre.

! [English Text] For some reason this sorcerer's life is linked to a destiny. His entire path and most of the people he meets along the way, as well as his visions in his dreams, give them the message that his destiny lies next to a young girl in the forest.

In the same sense of the story but in another place, there is a war unleashed not only for power, but rather for the capture of a princess who can change the destiny of the world.

This war takes thousands of lives in a cruel way. Blood settles and mixes with the sand of the streets as well as the mutilated and torn bodies of an entire fallen nation.

While the princess manages to escape and make very long the destiny that life has in store for her next to the one who will be her protector.

The life of both is somehow united thanks to an element of surprise when the sorcerer saved the life of his father once he tried to ask for his mother's hand.

Cabe destacar que la serie puede tornarse un poco confusa por los cambios de tiempo, es más una forma de ir explicando y conectando diferente sucesos para que se pueda entender mejor todo ciertas decisiones, escenas y eventos.

El toque mágico es asombroso, los efectos no son nada exagerados y lo que más me fascina es el hecho que la magia le han puesto un costo que incluso puede ser la vida misma.

Está magia unió a Jenifer y al brujo de una manera muy profunda. Hasta cierto punto comparten un mismo pasado de dolor y vacío en sus vidas.

Pero entre ambos nace un sentimientos profundo que los hace ser más humano de lo que poco pudieran demostrar ser.

El final de esta primera temporada es impactante, la guerra entre magos y una nación que busca apoderarse de todo fue una movida gustosa.

Ya he empezado a ver la segunda temporada y puedo decir que no se pierde contexto de la narrativa y trama, todo hasta los momentos ha Sido fabuloso, una de las mejores series que he visto hasta ahora.

Lo mejor de esta primera temporada es sin duda alguna la historia de Jenifer y su evolución como hechicera. Creo que se roba la atención en esta temporada e incluso se convierte en la heroína.

! [English Text] It should be noted that the series can become a little confusing because of the time changes, it is more a way of explaining and connecting different events so that you can better understand certain decisions, scenes and events.

The magic touch is amazing, the effects are not exaggerated at all and what fascinates me the most is the fact that the magic has a cost that can even be life itself.

This magic brought Jenifer and the sorcerer together in a very deep way. To some extent they share the same past of pain and emptiness in their lives.

But between the two of them a deep feeling is born that makes them more human than they could ever prove to be.

The ending of this first season is shocking, the war between wizards and a nation looking to take over everything was a tasteful move.

I've already started watching the second season and I can say that no context of the narrative and plot is lost, everything so far has been fabulous, one of the best series I've seen so far.

The best of this first season is undoubtedly the story of Jenifer and her evolution as a sorceress. I think she steals the show in this season and even becomes the heroine.
