Jóvenes brujas: nueva hermandad (netflix movie review)

Saludos Hivers, feliz miércoles para todos. Ando un poco emocionado y ansioso por mañana ya que empiezan las clases. Hoy más que ayer dado que me he enterado que nuestro facilitador será un profesor con quién tuve un problema en la universidad pues bueno, hay profesores de profesores, pero eso no será impedimento para aprobar e incluso pasármela bien.

Así que hoy en la mañana para relajarme un poco me puse a ver la nueva entrega de jóvenes brujas. No es tan nueva porque salió en el 2020, pero yo no me había enterado pues ni siquiera ví la primera que salió en 1996.

A simple vista me pareció muy prometedora, y creo que cumplió mis expectativas, tomando en cuenta que hay muchas referencias sobre la película anterior, incluso usaron alguna pistas de la anterior, frases y gráficos.

Sin embargo, para quienes vieron la primera, pudiera tomarse como otra versión dado que hay muchas escenas iguales, y con una trama que pudiera concluirse que es un reboot.

So today in the morning to relax a little I started watching the new installment of young witches. It's not that new because it came out in 2020, but I hadn't heard about it since I didn't even see the first one that came out in 1996.

At first glance it seemed very promising, and I think it met my expectations, taking into account that there are many references to the previous movie, they even used some clues from the previous one, phrases and graphics.

However, for those who saw the first one, it could be taken as another version since there are many of the same scenes, and with a plot that could be concluded that it is a reboot.

Me gusta ese ambiente juvenil que tiene la película y creo que es menos oscuro que la primera. Hay un poco de romance, bullying y considero que un tipo de abuso que se da mucho hoy en día.

No sabría que nombre darle, más que acoso. En el sentido que a uno de los jóvenes le obligaron bajo un hechizo a hablar de cosas muy serias, íntimas que pues para quienes han pasado por tal tensión es algo doloroso.

Consideraba al inicio que la sensibilidad y fragilidad de la protagonista era exagerada, pero luego de ver las cosas que ha vivido antes y que tiene que vivir en su presente, comprendi aún más ese rol.

Cabe destacar que ella y su madre se mudan a la casa de quién es su nuevo padrastro, y con él y su madre tiene que vivir con 3 hermanastros, nada fácil.

! [English Text] I like the youthful atmosphere of the film and I think it's less dark than the first one. There's a little bit of romance, bullying and I consider that a type of abuse that happens a lot nowadays.

I wouldn't know what to call it, other than bullying. In the sense that one of the young men was forced under a spell to talk about very serious, intimate things, which for those who have gone through such tension is painful.

At the beginning I thought that the sensitivity and fragility of the protagonist was exaggerated, but after seeing the things she has lived before and that she has to live in her present, I understood that role even more.

It should be noted that she and her mother move to her new stepfather's house, and with him and her mother she has to live with 3 stepbrothers, not easy.

Mudarse implica hacer una nueva vida, nuevos amigos, nueva escuela y estar fuera del estado de confort a lo que se estaba acostumbrado.

El primer día de clases para ella es de la peores, el bullying es extremo, sin embargo este mismo evento le lleva a conocer a otras tres chicas que presuntamente son brujas esperando por la cuarta candidata.

Entre el compartir con sus nuevas amiga y el bullying que sufre a diario está joven, sus poderes salen a la luz y con ello nace una nueva hermandad de brujas.

Estás cuatro jóvenes no solo comparten magia, también buscan una forma responsable de usarla imponiendo ciertas reglas y siendo la más importante consultar con todos los miembros de la hermandad antes de hacer uso de la magia.

Su primera travesura juntas es hacerle un encantamiento al joven que le hace muchas bromas a una de ellas.

De la noche a la mañana este joven cambia totalmente su personalidad incluso se vuelve amigo de ellas, van a fiestas juntos e incluso las protege.

Este joven y la recién llegada a la ciudad empiezan a tener un romance, pero luego todo cambia cuando la situación de esta joven se ve envuelta en un posible asesinato por el mal uso de su magia.

Sin embargo, detrás de la posibilidad está la verdad sobre todo lo sucedido, pues el mal está acechando desde hace mucho tiempo a esta joven y a su madre quien tiene una conexión fuerte con la primera hermandad de brujas del 1996.
