(ENG/SPA) AVATAR: Fire vs Air episode 1 review
Avatar la Leyenda de Aang es una historia que me ha llamado la atención desde hace décadas en su versión animada producida en Nickelodeon la cual nunca he podido ver a plenitud y grata para mi fue la noticia que ayer 22 de Febrero de 2024 se estreno en Netflix su versión Live Action la cual ni sabia iban estrenar.
Es de esas sorpresas que alegran el alma porque me dije a mi mismo que Ha Llegado mi Momento de disfrutar a plenitud de esta historia sin estar contaminado por la versión de Nickelodeon la cual he escuchado a muchos fans de esa versión decir es lo mejor que existe en el mundo lo cual pienso no es así porque noto tiene sus puntos solidos a criticar los cuales contaminan esta serie.
He disfrutado de este primer episodio como un niño pero aquello que conversaba con fans de la versión animada de Nickelodeon lo cual veía como fallo de guion lo he confirmado al verlo en esta serie... Los Maestros Aire son Débiles y afecta estructuralmente la base argumental de la historia, ampliare esta opinión a detalle en la zona con spoilers.
Avatar the Legend of Aang is a story that has caught my attention for decades in its animated version produced on Nickelodeon which I have never been able to see to the fullest and pleasant for me was the news that yesterday February 22, 2024 was released on Netflix its Live Action version which I did not even know they were going to release.
It is one of those surprises that gladden the soul because I said to myself that It's my time to fully enjoy this story without being contaminated by the Nickelodeon version which I have heard many fans of that version say is the best thing in the world which I think is not so because I notice it has its solid points to criticize which contaminate this series.
I have enjoyed this first episode like a kid but what I was talking about with fans of the Nickelodeon animated version which I saw as a script flaw I have confirmed it in this series.... The Airbenders are Weak and it structurally affects the plot basis of the story, I will expand this opinion in detail in the spoiler zone.
De resto la serie es una genialidad, la precisión del cast elegido hace que para mi la historia sea fluida y nombrare un ejemplo que es el personaje llamado Príncipe Zuko interpretado por Dallas Liu.
En mi mente me traslade a los años 2000 cuando veía en propagandas de Nickelodeon la serie animada de Aang porque es idéntico a esa versión, es casi que tomar la comiquita y volverlo un humano real, quede sorprendido gratamente con el cast, trabajo de maquillaje y vestuario para llevar la comiquita a un personaje real de carne y hueso.
Otherwise the series is a genius, the accuracy of the cast chosen makes the story for me is fluid and I will name an example that is the character called Prince Zuko played by Dallas Liu.
In my mind I went back to the 2000's when I saw in Nickelodeon commercials the animated series of Aang because it is identical to that version, it is almost like taking the cartoon and turn it into a real human, I was pleasantly surprised with the cast, makeup and costume work to bring the cartoon to a real character of flesh and blood.
Una crítica que quiero destacar es que la música no me dejo nada, a momentos de escribir este post, el primer episodio no dejo en mi mente ninguna melodía que tararear felizmente como si me ha sucedido en otros productos que he reseñado.
Serie que con todo lo anterior mencionado considero recomendable totalmente con un poderoso 8 chiquitos de 10 como puntuación porque me da una historia que al fin luego de décadas conoceré y que me entretiene con danzas de batalla adornadas con el uso de elementos naturales.
One criticism I want to highlight is that the music did not leave me anything, at the time of writing this post, the first episode did not leave in my mind any melody to hum happily as if it has happened to me in other products I have reviewed.
Series that with all the above mentioned I consider totally recommendable with a powerful 8 out of 10 as a score because it gives me a story that finally after decades I will know and that entertains me with battle dances adorned with the use of natural elements.
Doy comienzo a la zona con spoilers, Los Maestros Aire control se reúnen y son aplastados, humillados, masacrados por un ejercito del fuego que deja mucho que desear, tiene momentos batalla que resaltan, pareciera que los del Aire dominan pero el poder del guion les humilla, los derrota porque con una simple línea de dialogo barata que es El Recurso Cometa pues todos perecen.
Carece de lógica lo que nombro, este evento no puede ser una masacre, falla toda la base argumental de esta historia, No es culpa de la Serie, es fallo del material original del cual toma base porque lo que me muestran como Ejercito del Fuego pues yo los veo como otros soldaditos mas y claro al ver a esos soldados del fuego de esa manera, terminan decepcionándome todos los maestros aire al ser derrotados tan fácilmente.
Dedicado todos y cada uno de mis post y videos a mi perrita llamada princesa que la llamábamos chiquito que ya no está con nosotros pero desde el cielo verá que su existencia SI fue valiosa y lo más hermoso que existirá en mi corazón y alma.
The Airbenders meet and are crushed, humiliated, massacred by an army of fire that leaves much to be desired, it has moments of battle that stand out, it seems that the Airbenders dominate but the power of the script humiliates them, defeats them because with a simple line of cheap dialogue that is The Comet Resource they all perish.
It is not the fault of the Series, it is the fault of the original material from which it is based because what they show me as the Fire Army, I see them as just another little soldiers and of course when I see those fire soldiers in that way, I end up being disappointed with all the air masters when they are defeated so easily.
I dedicate each and every one of my posts and videos to my little dog named princess, we called her chiquito, she is no longer with us but from heaven she will see that her existence was valuable and the most beautiful thing that will exist in my heart and soul.

Hola Muchachon! Qué genial, sabía de la existencia de este live action, pero no tenía idea de que ya había salido. Sorpresas que dan gusto jajaja. No era tan fan de la serie animada, digamos que quise verla, pero nunca la enganchaba desde el principio. Sin embargo, me dan ganas de empezar este live action para saber de que me perdí estos años 🤗

Eeexacto, me pasaba algo similar, veía la propaganda en Nickelodeon pero como no sabía que capítulo era, si iba a la mitad etc pues no lograba engancharme, ahora si porque se es el primer capítulo y me ha encantado lo que vi

Greetings big boy!!! We are still hooked on the fantastic movies. This series of the comic version I did not get the chance to see, due to intensive work, I hope to enjoy this new human version, it looks interesting, you can tell it has a lot to keep us entertained, a few days ago I see a lot of boom with this great series.

No tenía ni idea de que existiera otro live action de esta serie más que el que salió hace varios años (y que honestamente fue horrible). Son embargo yo también soy de esas que siempre vió las propagandas en Nickelodeon más nunca llegó a verla.
Por lo que comentas en el post parece que la historia sí es interesante por lo que ahora estoy pensando en ver al menos este live action.

I forgot when this was released but is currently the hype.I mean looking at how its made, I wonder if it's gonna follow the anime plot rather than having a standalone story. Anyway, awesome review and I need to check this one out soon!
I didn't even know it existed haha but when I was talking about it they told me that it had just come out and I WHAAAT seriously, I have to see it I have to see it haha and I saw it, since I was little I have wanted to see this story because I saw the commercials on nickelodeon and now I can see the story well from the beginning to be able to understand it.
According to what I was told it follows the structure of the Anime, in fact it looks like that because of how the characters look in the series, to surrender to the sea of hype of the Avatar 😃/

Hola estimado amigo, yo soy muy poco de ver Netflix actualmente porque no me gusta su algoritmo, sin embargo estoy viendo esta serie y es genial, los efectos especiales, la música, los actores, los escenarios, los parlamentos, es muy buena y la recomiendo, de hecho solo ví la película de los elementos en una oportunidad. Hola muchachón, mi hijo vió la serie animada pero yo solo llegue a ver la película El último maestro del aire en el 2010 y me encantaría ver esta serie. No sabía que había salido.
