(ENG/SPA) Adar is The Apple of Discord of Amazon Prime

Rarely have I seen the dark heart of the Orcs that inhabits the viewers of a product, it is an irrational hatred that continues to erupt like the eternal Volcano of Mordor. Truly knowing a fan's opinion can become a terrifying experience when they don't like something and it makes them go into eternal rage to the depths of their dark souls, that's what I've seen and that's what Amazon Prime's The Rings of Power does.

In this Objective Character Analysis I want to Review Adar The Uruk, one of the most discordant elements in the series for not being canon, many may no longer watch the series but that product exists and we can not pretend it does not exist, opinions about him must also be here because definitely every fan knows him and he has made his world tremble for what he represented in this story inspired by The Lord of the Rings and recently completed its second season.

Pocas veces he visto el corazón oscuro de los Orcos que habita en los espectadores de un producto, es un odio irracional que sigue en Erupción como el Volcán eterno de Mordor. De verdad conocer la opinión de un fan se puede volver una experiencia terrorífica cuando algo no les gusta y les hace entrar en ira eterna hasta lo más profundo de sus almas oscuras, es lo que he visto y eso lo logro Los Anillos de Poder de Amazon Prime.

En este Análisis Objetivo de Personaje quiero reseñar a Adar El Uruk, uno de los elementos de mayor discordia en la serie por no ser canon, muchos tal vez ya no verán la serie pero ese producto existe y no podemos hacer como si no existiese, opiniones sobre él tienen que estar también aquí ya que definitivamente todo fan le conoce y vaya que ha hecho temblar su mundo por lo que represento en esta historia inspirada en El Señor de Los Anillos y que recientemente finalizo su segunda temporada.

To structure this review I will first talk about the aspects to criticize the character and then about its positive aspects because of course it has them, an opinion that contains both aspects is what makes us have true criteria.

The Amazon Prime Empire is almost destroyed by the Orcs of Mordor:

Corporate moves are delicate, I think that inventing a character out of nothing to adapt it to a story makes that despite having everything in favor, you can fall from one moment to another in the abyss if the fans come to see that as an insult.

Adar has represented a hit in the pockets of Jeff Bezos and Amazon Prime itself for a decision that I believe was too risky. I hope this lesson is learned and not only them, that other streaming companies like Netflix, Max, etc. see that a story for the fans can be immaculate and that such drastic changes as inventing a character and make it so relevant can punish the entire product and the pockets of their investors.

The above unfortunately is what I perceive Adar achievement and is the first aspect to criticize, he was not born for that purpose and in my case I do not hate him but it is undoubtedly that many fans became loud Orcs exalted by the drum of hatred against him and consequently to The Rings of Power and Amazon Prime.

Para estructurar esta reseña primero hablare de los aspectos a criticar del personaje y luego de sus aspectos positivos porque claro que si los tiene, una opinión que contiene ambos aspectos es lo que nos hace tener criterio verdadero.

El Imperio de Amazon Prime casi es destruido por Los Orcos de Mordor:

Los movimientos empresariales son delicados, pienso que inventarse un personaje de la nada para adaptarlo a una historia hace que a pesar de tener todo a favor, puedas caer de un momento a otro en el abismo si los fans llegan a ver eso como un insulto.

Adar ha representado un golpe en los bolsillos de Jeff Bezos y en sí de Amazon Prime por una decisión que considero fue demasiado arriesgada. Espero de esto se aprenda la lección y no solo ellos, que demás empresas de Streaming como Netflix, Max, etc vean que una historia para los fans considero que puede ser inmaculada y que cambios tan drásticos como inventarse un personaje y hacerlo tan relevante puede castigar todo el producto y los bolsillos de sus inversionistas.

Lo anterior lamentablemente es lo que percibo logro Adar y es el primer aspecto a criticar, no nació para ese propósito y en mi caso no le detesto pero es indudable que muchos fans se volvieron Orcos ruidosos exaltados por el tambor del odio contra él y en consecuencia a Los Anillos de Poder y Amazon Prime.

Adar as an actor and character began lost in his story:

During the first season of The Rings of Power the character of Adar took me out of story totally, I didn't believe that villain they were presenting me, I didn't like him at all, it's the feeling I remember the most, I didn't see an orc general, what I observed was a skinny weakling making cold gestures that didn't generate emotion to me.

Actor Joseph Mawle I consider one of the most blunderous casting errors for the series, I saw him only as someone in disguise, he didn't make me get into the story, he couldn't make me believe the conflicts I saw and that is lethal when you see a production because the rest of what you want to tell suffers enormously.

I see his images and I don't know how they could think that he would be a good actor to give life to Adar and this is the second aspect to criticize the character, I was left with many doubts about whether my problem was with the writing for the character or that I didn't tolerate the casting choice but I think the latter was the least tolerable for me.

Objectively I think his story is not that much to hate but his actor for the first season I do consider was totally out of character and that affected my viewing for the series.

Adar como actor y personaje empezó perdido en su historia:

Durante la primera temporada de Los Anillos de Poder el personaje de Adar me saco de historia totalmente, no me creía a ese villano que me estaban presentando, no me agrado para nada, es la sensación que más recuerdo, no veía un general orco, yo lo que observe fue a un flaco debilucho haciendo gestos fríos que no me generaban emoción.

El Actor Joseph Mawle lo considero uno de los errores de casting más garrafales para la serie, yo lo veía solo como alguien disfrazado, no me hacía entrar en historia, él no lograba hacerme creer los conflictos que veía y eso es letal cuando se ve una producción porque el resto de lo que se quiere contar sufre enormemente.

Veo sus imágenes y no sé cómo pudieron pensar que sería un buen actor para darle vida a Adar y este es el segundo aspecto a criticar del personaje, me quedaban muchas dudas sobre si mi problema era con lo escrito para el personaje o que no toleraba la elección de casting pero pienso lo último fue lo menos tolerable para mí.

Objetivamente pienso que su historia no es para tanto hate pero su actor para la primera temporada sí que considero estaba totalmente fuera de personaje y eso afecto mi visionado para la serie.

The corrections on the character were correct:

During the second season is radical correction starting with a change of actor which I see it totally in character, Sam Hazeldine seemed to me great in his interpretation as Adar, in his face of few friends if I saw a villain that made attractive the story they wanted to tell me and with this I saw a better story structure by adding the famous Crown of Morgoth.

Just look at the poster and gif, in my case it does not interest me that it does not belong to the canon of books etc. because in the end I belong to that general audience who have not read the book which we are the vast majority and we can enjoy the positive aspects of this story as the one I just named.

I see the correction in the series and before that I have to evaluate, I do not see right to be an Orc or an irrational Hater who hates everything that is presented without criteria, I do not agree with that at all, then I see the correction and my feeling is that I liked what I saw of Adar for the story in Season 2.

This is the biggest positive aspect of the character, mistakes can be made and before that, react and correct because in the end the stories and productions are not perfect and there is a big difference between fans and general audience where the latter are the majority and I invite you to see because you may enjoy this version of Adar in The Rings of Power.

Las Correcciones sobre el personaje fueron acertadas:

Durante la segunda temporada es radical la corrección empezando por un cambio de actor el cual lo veo totalmente en personaje, Sam Hazeldine me pareció estupendo en su interpretación como Adar, en su cara de pocos amigos si vi un villano que hiciera atractiva la historia que me querían contar y con esto vi una mejor estructura de historia al agregarle la famosa Corona de Morgoth.

Solo vean el poster y el gif, en mi caso pues deja de interesarme que no pertenezca al canon de libros etc porque a la final yo pertenezco a esa audiencia general que no hemos leído el libro los cuales somos la gran mayoría y podemos disfrutar de los aspectos positivos de esta historia como el que acabo de nombrar.

Yo veo la corrección en la serie y ante eso tengo que evaluar, no veo correcto ser un Orco o un Hater irracional que odia todo lo que se presenta sin criterio, no estoy para nada de acuerdo con eso, entonces veo la corrección y mi sensación es que me agrado lo que vi de Adar para la historia en la Segunda Temporada.

Este es el mayor aspecto positivo del personaje, se pueden cometer errores y ante eso, reaccionar y corregir porque a la final las historias y producciones no son perfectas y que hay una gran diferencia entre fans y audiencia general donde estos últimos son mayoría y te invito a ver porque puede disfrutes de esta versión de Adar en Los Anillos de Poder.
