It is a Tamron 70-300mm on my Nikon D-3300. These were taken at 180mm focal length. Anything over about 220mm and my luck with getting clear crisp photos is not so good.🙂

My god! That really is expensive. Initial cost yeah it’s high but thinking about it in a span of 5 years then it should be more cost efficient comparing if you hire a mower.

In some poor countries, for 5k USD, you can hire a team of workers and employ them for several years, there is a big economic gap between countries. By the way, measures are probably being taken to reduce this gap.

We don't see the bigger bucks until around mating season. They seem to come into the compound (about 100+ one acre lots) to mix with the does that live here year round.

I'm at a good distance inside the house with a telephoto lens. They kind of tolerate you unless you try to get to close. 🙂
What a cool pictures! Which telephoto lens are you using? I am a fan of taking pictures from the distance but I only have 60x zoom 😄 for now
It is a Tamron 70-300mm on my Nikon D-3300. These were taken at 180mm focal length. Anything over about 220mm and my luck with getting clear crisp photos is not so good.🙂

I’ve seen such things on YouTube. I used to dream about getting one (after 2 hours with a brush cutter on my shoulder), but they’re not cheap at all.
I haven't trimmed a grass using the big scissor before but I can imagine it being a back breaker especially when done for long hours.
Indeed these bots cost a lot. I remember the dust sweeper bot is around $300-$500 average. This lawnmower should cost higher I guess.
I just quickly looked through, the cheapest is 1500 USD, and on average around 5k USD. If I’m not mistaken, a couple of years ago the price was around 8k...
My god! That really is expensive. Initial cost yeah it’s high but thinking about it in a span of 5 years then it should be more cost efficient comparing if you hire a mower.
That’s probably the reason why the Botanic Garden got this bot instead of a mower.
Manpower cost a lot here in Singapore.
In some poor countries, for 5k USD, you can hire a team of workers and employ them for several years, there is a big economic gap between countries. By the way, measures are probably being taken to reduce this gap.
Well, such a lawnmower robot would be cheaper than hiring a worker, but again, it depends on the country...
