Also exercising burns fat, but creates more muscles.
TBH, my goal is to lose weight. It has been fluctuating for years, I used to be 48 kg pre-pregnancy. XD But for sure, I don't want to be skinny, I need muscles. hehe.
What I was trying to say is that it's better not to focus too much on weight since this fluctuates.
You'd better measure size, check how your clothes fit or take pictures for comparison.
You should feel good in your body, not light.
I find comfort in the fact that it still has actual gears....
I was the same about the auto shifters until I started working on them.. then they started fascinating me.
A silly example, when driving a manual and shifting a gear I can sort of see the stuff inside the transmizzion shift...like the visual is in my head... with auto's there isn't that and the drive wont go away until I can mimic one in my head. (Does this make sense??)
Automatics nowadays in performance cars can get better performance and economy than a manual between faster shifts and more gears, but I like to clutch and shift.
I don't know much at all about transmissions, although I'm aware of the basics of how the engine itself works.
I thought it worked really well. My challenge is finishing all the draft posts I've started. Drafts is another feature of PeakD I really like and which works really well.

Snaps could be good for the Japanese.
At inleo I also find the interface a bit complicated, some actions here and there are also more complex, I think hive has to simplify as much as possible in order to grow. We can't just be a community of people with an affinity for technology, we have to welcome everyone!

Certainly, I've noticed that my average is now very close to 2 hp, with something like 6k effective HP. I realized that from 10k to almost the 11k I'm getting to now, it was much faster.

It was an update last week if I'm not mistaken, I'm on the 5k to 15k badge, the next level up from yours. Next year I think I'll be able to pass 15k and move up to the next badge.
I'm sure you can do it! Some tips I can give you are: Try to make one post a day, leave a little effective HP to gain the curation return and if possible buy 1 or 2 HBD in Hive and power up, this greatly accelerates the HP gain.
My translator always does that haha, he swaps "curation" for "healing". Effective HP is your HP that you actually vote for, i.e. if you have 5k HP and have delegated 2k, then you have 3k effective HP. It's your total HP minus the delegations you've made.
oh now i got it. I actually delegated some of my HP and still have some effective HP. The reason why I delegate is that I feel i am getting more rewards from it than my curation rewards. Anyway, I take advantage of it to increase more my HP.

At inleo I also find the interface a bit complicated, some actions here and there are also more complex, I think hive has to simplify as much as possible in order to grow. We can't just be a community of people with an affinity for technology, we have to welcome everyone!

I am a deep student of the Civil War, and the Lofton County Universe is the extension of a series of historical fiction I have not yet published. That storyline goes back five years on Hive, and the first major story is published as a full book: Black, White, and RED All Over.

Wow! Peaks of 9 HP return, that's incredible! My best was 2.2, but little by little I'm growing and consequently this value is increasing!
They say the more you grow, the faster it goes...
Certainly, I've noticed that my average is now very close to 2 hp, with something like 6k effective HP. I realized that from 10k to almost the 11k I'm getting to now, it was much faster.
80-90 per day. Much better than some years back. It is indeed the case that the more you stake the faster you grow.
Sensational 😲! I think 80 hp is what I do with a week of posts kkkkkk, so you're in an incredible situation! Soon you'll be averaging 100 hp a day! Cheers.

No, not for a few years now. This is an old picture. I have always found this wall beautiful and unusual on my walks to work.

I'm sure you can do it! Some tips I can give you are: Try to make one post a day, leave a little effective HP to gain the curation return and if possible buy 1 or 2 HBD in Hive and power up, this greatly accelerates the HP gain.

My translator always does that haha, he swaps "curation" for "healing". Effective HP is your HP that you actually vote for, i.e. if you have 5k HP and have delegated 2k, then you have 3k effective HP. It's your total HP minus the delegations you've made.
oh now i got it. I actually delegated some of my HP and still have some effective HP. The reason why I delegate is that I feel i am getting more rewards from it than my curation rewards. Anyway, I take advantage of it to increase more my HP.
