Hello beautiful people of Hive movie fans at #MoviesAndTVShows. I continued with the horror movie marathon and I was to give you my opinion about two films I left pending. One of them was El Carnicero in Spanish or as it is known in English I'll Take Your Dead. As always, I warn you that my post does not contain Spoilers, it's just my opinion of it.
Origin
The only thing I'm going to tell you right off the bat is that this movie has Gore scenes, so if that appeals to you, it has a few scenes that live up to its name: The Butcher (in Spanish).
I saw the film thinking it would be a horror film but it leaned at one point to be more of a dramatic film than a horror/suspense film. So I was a bit disappointed and it wasn't what I was expecting, however, I watched it all the way through because one of the characters in it stood out incredibly.
Origin
The plot of the movie is simple, a man who by strange circumstances of life ends up working for bad people and is in charge of eliminating the bodies of murdered people. He just wipes them off the map. That is his job.
From there the story begins to unfold. This man has a daughter, and it is that little girl who captivated me with her performance so natural, charming, and above all terrifying. I was more scared of her than what the father was doing hahaha because there were scenes in which she worked so well that I saw her as somewhat psychopathic.

It was mostly because of her that I ended up seeing her, she seems to me to be a diamond in the rough, with a lot of talent. Su nombre es Ava Preston and seeing her perform so well, it was like discovering an exceptional new singer in her early days, one of a kind. For me, it's the same reaction and excitement, so I did a little more research on her work.
She has worked in ¡Shazam! and other mostly horror/suspense films. Also in series such as The Kennedy and one that I want to see and I will prioritize it to bring you my opinion about it, it's called: Reign.

The movie was entertaining, I didn't love it but I didn't dislike it either. As I told you in the beginning, I was expecting it to scare me more, to have more horror/horror but it didn't. However, I enjoyed watching the character development of Gloria and the natural performance of Eva Preston.
I also liked the makeup and the special effects, although they were too few for my taste, they were also good. What I wouldn't say I liked a lot was the plot and the development of the film as well as the very visual Gore scenes (I'm still sensitive in that aspect with some shots).
For this reason, I give it a rating of 🌟🌟 and a half out of 5 Little Stars, and on my part, I leave it up to your discretion whether you want to watch it, since for me it was just entertaining. So from me, it is:

Hola personas bonitas de Hive fanáticas del cine en #MoviesAndTVShows. Seguí con el maratón de películas de terror y quedé en darles mi opinión sobre dos film que dejé pendientes. Una de ellas fue El Carnicero o como se conoce en inglés I'll Take Your Dead. Como siempre, les aviso que mi post no contiene Spoiler, es sólo mi opinión de la misma.
De entrada lo único que te voy a decir es que ésta película tiene escenas Gore, por lo que si esto te gusta o llama tu atención, tiene unas cuantas escenas que le hace honor a su nombre: El Carnicero.
Yo vi el film pensando que sería de terror pero la verdad se inclinó en un punto a ser más una película dramática que de terror/suspenso. Por lo que me decepcionó un poco y no fue lo que esperaba, sin embargo la vi completa porque uno de los personajes en ella destacó increíblemente.
La trama de la película es simple, un hombre que por circunstancias extrañas de la vida termina trabajando para personas malas y se encarga de eliminar cuerpos de gente asesinada. Él sólo los borra del mapa. Ese es su trabajo.
De allí se empieza a desarrollar la historia. Este hombre tiene una hija, y es esa chiquilla quien me cautivó con su actuación tan natural, encantadora y sobre todo aterradora. Me dió más miedo ella que lo que hacía el padre jajaja porque hubo escenas en las que trabajó tan bien que la llegué a ver algo psicópata.
Fue más que todo por ella que la terminé de ver, de verdad que me parece un diamante en bruto, con mucho talento. Su nombre es Ava Preston y verla actuar tan bien, fue como descubrir un cantante nuevo excepcional en sus inicios, único en su tipo. Para mí es la misma reacción y emoción, así que investigué un poco más sobre su trabajo.
Ha trabajado en ¡Shazam! y otras películas más que todo de terror/suspenso. También en series como Los Kennedy y una que tengo muchas ganas de ver y le daré prioridad para traerles mi opinión sobre ella, se llama: Reign.

La película estuvo entretenida, no me encantó pero tampoco me disgustó. Como les dije en un principio, esperaba que me asustara más, tuviera más terror/horror pero no fue así. Sin embargo estuve muy a gusto viendo el desarrollo del personaje de Gloria y la actuación natural de Eva Preston.
El maquillaje también me gustó bastante y los efectos especiales, aunque fueron pocos para mi gusto, también estuvieron bien. Lo que no me gustó mucho fue la trama y el desarrollo del film así como las escenas Gore tan visuales. (Sigo sensible en ese aspecto con algunas tomas).
Por esta razón le doy una puntuación de 🌟🌟 y media de 5 Estrellitas, y de mi parte dejo a tu criterio el querer verla, ya que para mí sólo estuvo entretenida. Así que de mi parte está:

No la he visto pero tiene un título muy significativo y pareciera ser una película de horror, pero de acuerdo a tu comentario no asusta mucho. Sin embargo me parece una buena alternativa pasar el rato.
Se puede decir que tiene sus escenas de horror, pero no como para asustar con monstros o fantasmas, sino para impactar más a nivel dramático. Es entretenida y diferente, me gustó hasta cierto punto.
No soy de ver películas de terror por lo mismo, dicen que son de terror, pero no me causan gran impacto, por lo menos las pocas que he visto, lastima esta también dejo mucho que desear.
Pues si, dicen que es de terror pero resulta ser más de horror y drama. Aunque me suelo llevar algunos chascos con este tipo de películas, sigue siendo mi género favorito.
La voy a colocar en mi lista, definitivamente puede llegar a gustarme, porque si es más de drama y suspenso, es de mi estilo, las escenas gore son de mis favoritas, y si tienen una razón de ser, pues son mejores aún. Qué bueno que te haya gustado la actuación de Eva, por personajes así también he terminado de ver películas que de otra forma no hubiera terminado de ver nunca.
Bueno si le das una oportunidad me gustaría leer tu opinión al respecto. Estaré pendiente. Y si, las escenas Gore fueron algo fuertes para mi gusto jajaja
With that name in Spanish anyone would think it's a slasher, I haven't seen it, but as I'm a fan of this type of film maybe I'll check it out and see what it's like, especially if there's someone in the film who acts so well.
