Spider-Man: Across the Spiderverse Film Review | What's Up, Danger?

I watched the first part, Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse, and that left a lasting impression on me, so much so that I still listen to the songs from its soundtrack. And that is enough to make me eagerly anticipate the next installment. It is here now, and I would say that I was more impressed than I was the last time.

When I watched a video of the producers explaining just how much work was put into the film, I appreciated the film even more. The art, music, story, action, and cinematography were more than one would normally expect in many animated films.

It is an animated series that just about anybody can watch and enjoy, and that is yet another reason why it ticks a lot of boxes for me. It packs a lot for a film, and that explained the interesting teaser that there is going to be yet another installment.

The Spider-Man stories seem to be going nowhere anytime soon. With every installment of the Spider-Man franchise, fans often appreciate the dedication and investment that the creators put in each time. This animated version featuring a new and different kind of spiderman didn't disappoint.

For more depth in the context of this second part, Across the Spiderverse, watching the first part would help, but it really doesn't imply that one wouldn't enjoy the film without it. There are two different storylines in both parts, yet they are linked together.

Adventurous is how I would describe Across the Spiderverse. It explores fascinating physical concepts in a way that anyone would understand and find interesting. And it fuses it with a lot of comic elements.

One thing about the Spider-Man personality is that it really isn't complete without humor. It is how the character has managed to endear itself to its viewer over the years, and this one honed that well. Sarcasm, wittyness, and corny lines all come up every now and then, bringing comic experiences alongside action and drama.

The music in Across the Spiderverse largely contributes to the thrilling experience one can get from watching it. It always matches the scene and fits just right. They're that good that I occasionally listen to the songs on the film's soundtrack. I would say, though, that the music in this installment is more ominous than what we had in the previous installment, Into the Spiderverse.

If this had been just like conventional artists and their art, I really do not think I would have enjoyed it as much as I did. I particularly appreciate the film for the arts, drawings, and animation. It was original, creative, and pretty entertaining. It definitely must have taken a tonne of hours for it to be as good as it was.

The entertainment in the action I found in Across the Spiderverse got me engrossed. There was a hot chase for Spider-Man at some point. It lasted a while, but it was all thrilling and entertaining throughout.

If you are looking for some entertainment and something worth two hours of your time, I would totally recommend this. I rate this film 8.5/10

I enjoyed reading your review because I could relate more, I have watched previous Spider-man movies.

I really respect whoever wrote the story of every Spider-man movie, animation and comic. I can't really point out how they made it possible but they kept their fan for years. Even the basic story is intriguing becoming a spider-man from a spider bite, the custome, extra cool!.

I am not a big fan of animations but Into the Spider verse movie was a great movie. I specifically love the transition from one scene to another one.

Stan Lee was the man behind it all. He's forever in our hearts and, thankfully, his legacy is well taken care of in the works of Spider-Man and many more.

I no longer watch animation, but this one was more than just animation for me. I hope that you get to watch it and share your thoughts too.

Oh okay, I thought Stan Lee only directed The Avengers.

I plan to do my first movie review soon (I don't know the movie yet)

Stan Lee created the Marvel Cinematic Uninverse (MCU), actually. He's late now, though, for many years now. It was very sad when he passed on.

Any movies goes, if you are going to ask that. I look forward to reading it, brother.

At this moment, I am not following on Spiderman's series again. The last one I saw was I think where all the different versions of Spiderman came together.

I am very much confused now. Anyways good review it has made me what to catch up with the whole story.

Thanks 👍

If you're talking about the animated series where different versions of Spider-Man came together, then it must be Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse. It's the prequel to the one in my post.

Omoo I really need to go brush up on my Spider Man movies. Alright thanks for the clarification
