It sure sounds like a slow movie, but also enlightening. I mean, I would never wish such a state—being confined in a body that doesn't work—on my enemy but I think whoever is in such can choose their fate, and nothing should come between them and what they ultimately want. But sure I'd enjoy his movie per se, but not all films are for enjoyment, too.

This movie is beautiful, the protagonist does not inspire pity or sadness, on the contrary, for his decision I think he is brave.
