This is one of the films I wanted to see for a long time. La premisa sostiene un contexto argumental reiterado en muchas producciones, pero lo que me envolvía era el nivel de imaginación del ser humano para generar una realidad que va más allá del origen que todos conocemos. Alguna vez te debes haber preguntado: ¿Cómo se originó el planeta tierra y por qué los dinosaurios se extinguieron? Si él Pangea se dividió, ¿existieron los humanos junto a los dinosaurios en el Triásico? La realidad es que existe poco que argumentar por mi parte, pero lo cierto es que todo queda focalizado con una palabra: ¡Intriga!

Este film potencializa esa intriga, la toma, y la lleva a las pantallas. Puede ser muy excéntrico, pero no lo es. La mente explota su creatividad secuencialmente para generar una realidad distinta a la común: Realidad Histórica.

¿Qué somos los seres humanos? Es cierto que somos una especie, pero ¿de dónde proviene esta especie? Esta postura sigue siendo un poco apresurada, pero tampoco incorporada. Me refiero que lo técnico no siempre es lo verdadero, y lo no demostrado tampoco. Es decir, lo que creemos verdad simplemente puede ser falso. ¿Por qué la verdad es verdadera? Ahí es donde ese toque sutil compone la primera escena: Una gran nave espacial con seres humanos criogenizados viajando por el universo.

Esa pequeña nave espacial se ve forzada a aterrizar en la tierra en uno de los periodos geológicos más peligrosos del planeta. Nadie puede estar a salvo, nadie puede preservar su vida fácilmente.

The theme of cryogenics is interesting, because it proves one thing: Humans could extend their lifespans. Something that is only hypothetical, of course.

There is a progressive tension in the story, the focal point is trying to save oneself, but at what level, consequence or criterion. Nothing is so simple, nothing is so basic or easy to achieve. That focal point comes intertwined with the fact that the crash landing splits the spacecraft in two. This film reminded me at times of After Earth starring Will Smith and Jaden Smith. The theme of survival and what one person is willing to do to save the other.

Although I must be very unanimous on something and that is that 65 is not magnificent, but it is better than After Earth, due to the consideration of the small details. That is to say, the direction worked on small focal points to cause a communicational impact by means of dialogues or images that in the history of humanity are considered important or vital. This is an aspect that I liked.

Algo que también resulta interesante es que se crea una civilización externa, esta posee mucho más de lo que esperamos. El trágico accidente termina en la pérdida de vidas, llamadas de auxilio y finalmente en la aventura para poder preservar la existencia en un lugar que te puede devorar mientras que solamente miras las estrellas en el cielo. El tema de la criogenización es interesante, por qué demuestra una cosa: Los humanos podrían alargar sus periodos de vida. Algo que es solo hipotético, claro.

Hay una tensión progresiva en la historia, el punto focal es tratar de salvarse, pero a qué nivelación, consecuencia o criterio. Nada es tan simple, nada es tan básico o fácil de alcanzar. Esa focalización viene entrelazada con el hecho de que el forzoso aterrizaje parte en dos la nave espacial. Este film me recordó en algunos momentos a After Earth protagonizada por Will Smith y Jaden Smith. El tema de la supervivencia y lo que una persona está dispuesta a efectuar para salvar a la otra.

Aunque debo ser muy unánime en algo y es que 65 no es magnífica, pero sí mejor que After Earth, debido a la consideración de los pequeños detalles. Es decir, la dirección trabajó en pequeños puntos focalizados para causar un impacto comunicacional por medio de diálogos o imágenes que en la historia de la humanidad se consideran importantes o vitales. Esto es un aspecto que me gustó.

Misterios… Esto es solamente una comparativa, un punto especulativo de mi parte, pero que deja precisado que existe un vacío inminente en nuestra historia.

In this film I liked the casting of Adam Driver as the lead. He fits the role of Mills very well, and is not at all orthodox. Nothing more unanimous than that. Koa is shown as a subtle, and fragile girl, who learns that she must fight in order to live.

The visuals of the film are very good, after all it is science fiction. The timeline is centered on the extinction period of the dinosaurs, that is, when the great meteorite fell to earth and wiped them out completely. The nature shown is shocking, though not as profound. They could have taken more imposing natural scenes of planet earth.

The film's message is warm, it shows affection towards the family, but it becomes insufficient to be able to keep it afloat or make it a success.

Responde muy bien a cada una de las escenas y el thriller se compagina en medio de ellas. También debo focalizar la actuación de Ariana Greenblatt quien ha actuado en producciones como los vengadores y recientemente en Barbie. Su papel acá fue el de la joven, Koa.

En varias ocasiones pude notar la secuencia del papel de Ariana Greenblatt, en un momento estaba feliz, triste, en algunos deseaba huir y en otros debía afrontar la realidad. Nada más unánime que eso. Koa se muestra como una niña sutil, y frágil, que aprende que debe luchar para poder vivir.

Las imágenes del film son muy buenas, después de todo es ciencia ficción. La línea de tiempo está centrada en el periodo de extinción de los dinosaurios, es decir, cuando el gran meteorito cayó en la tierra y los eliminó por completo. La naturaleza que se muestra es impactante, aunque no tan profunda. Pudieron haber tomado escenas naturales más imponentes del planeta tierra.

El mensaje del film es cálido, muestra el afecto hacia la familia, pero se vuelve insuficiente para poder mantenerla a flote o hacer que sea un éxito.
