It is undoubtedly a somewhat unique comedy, with a somewhat hackneyed plot, but it doesn't fail to provide plenty of laughs. Nor does it leave out a bit of reflection, I think that in few parts they give the necessary support in case of finding an employee with psychiatric problems; or if we go for the simplistic side of values, people do not appreciate a good person to whom bad things have happened, and when he no longer bears the burden of swallowing things and explodes, everyone points it out and criticizes more, they put them aside. That's what they wanted to do with Charlie, as he became "a danger" to the town, the first thing they thought was that since he went crazy, they want to fire him; it didn't matter all the good things he did, all the years he dedicated to protect his neighbors or all those good gestures he could have had with someone else, it was easier to take him out of the picture. It also teaches us to face life as it really is, cruel sometimes, but without failing to see those little details that brighten our day and give us strength to go on and face whatever comes our way. So, if you ask me, I will answer as I always do: "If you haven't seen it, see it, and if you have already seen it, see it again, you can't miss anything."

Sin duda es una comedia algo particular, con una trama algo trillada, pero no deja de dar montones de risas. Tampoco deja de lado un poco de reflexión, creo que en pocas partes dan el apoyo necesario en caso de encontrarse a un empleado con problemas psiquiátricos; o si nos vamos por el lado simplista de los valores, la gente poco aprecia una buena persona a la que le hayan pasado cosas malas, y cuando ésta ya no soporta la carga de tragarse las cosas y explota, todos lo señalan y critican más, los apartan. Eso querían hacer con Charlie, como se volvió “un peligro” para el pueblo, lo primero que pensaron fue que como enloqueció, lo quieren despedir; no importó todas las cosas buenas que hizo, todos los años que dedicó a proteger a sus vecinos ni todos esos buenos gestos que pudo tener con alguien más, era más fácil sacarlo del panorama. También nos enseña a enfrentar la vida como en realidad es, cruel algunas veces, pero sin dejar de ver esos pequeños detalles que nos alegran el día y dan fuerza para continuar y enfrentar lo que se ponga en el camino. Así que, si me lo preguntan, les responderé como siempre: “Si no la han viso, véanla, y si ya la vieron, vuélvanla a ver, no tiene perdida de nada.”
