Hola amigos de la comunidad de Movies & Tv espero se encuentren muy bien el día de hoy. Finalmente pude ver la película de la que tanto se está hablando y que género muchas críticas en medio del polémico tema que tocan como lo es las relaciones prohibidas en este caso entre una menor de edad y su profesor de Literatura. Realmente ví está película sin prestarle mucha atención a las críticas y los malos comentarios hacia ella, estaba esperando que saliera en internet para verla y finalmente lo hice 🤔, les hablo de la nueva película dirigida por Jade Halley Bartlett siendo su primer film como directora llamada Miller's Girl o La chica de Miller. Espero poder ser lo más realista en esta reseña ante esta historia que pudo haber sido sacada de un fanfic o de Wattpad esta red social dónde muchas personas se dedican a escribir cosas a veces bastante cuestionables. Así que los invito a leer mi reseña.

Finally I could see the movie that is being talked about so much and that genre many reviews in the midst of the controversial topic that touches as it is the forbidden relationships in this case between a minor and his professor of Literature. I really saw this movie without paying much attention to the reviews and bad comments towards it, I was waiting for it to come out on the internet to see it and finally I did 🤔, I'm talking about the new movie directed by Jade Halley Bartlett being her first film as director called Miller's Girl or Miller's Girl. I hope I can be as realistic in this review to this story that could have been taken from a fanfic or Wattpad this social network where many people are dedicated to write things sometimes quite questionable. So I invite you to read my review.
La historia comienza contando la vida de una joven llamada Cairo Sweet (Jenna Ortega), quien vive con sus padres pero que no están muy presentes en su vida o eso creo es lo que ella misma menciona en la película, ella es amante de la literatura y tiene mucha pasión por todas las historias que se encuentran escritas por autores bastante antiguos entre ellos empieza a leer un libro de su profesor Jonathan Miller quien da clases en el instituto donde ella está. Cairo es una persona bastante solitaria y tiene una sola amiga llamada Winnie (Gideon Adion), una joven con una personalidad totalmente diferente a Cairo, Winnie es más apasionada e impulsiva además de que le encanta hablar sobre la idea de crecer y tener relaciones íntimas con alguien que no sea de su edad si no más experimentado o mayor que ella.
The story begins telling the life of a young girl named Cairo Sweet (Jenna Ortega), who lives with her parents but they are not very present in her life or so I think is what she herself mentions in the film, she is a lover of literature and has a lot of passion for all the stories that are written by authors quite old among them begins to read a book by her teacher Jonathan Miller who teaches at the institute where she is. Mientras se van conociendo se crea una especie de amistad entre ellos que va aumentando cuando Cairo lo empieza a ver cómo más que un profesor, lo comienza a observar de manera perspicaz y le empieza a gustar estar con él.

Pero Cairo sabe que sería algo muy loco acercarse a su profesor con otras intenciones, no puede evitar lo que empieza a sentir por él, más allá de un afecto como alumna ella siente que está enamorada de él por lo que hace lo imposible para que el se de cuenta de que ella lo ve como más que un profesor y que no le importa lo que puedan opinar o pensar los demás. En lo personal me gusto mucho la actuación de Martin Freeman, donde se muestra cómo una persona que sin haber querido o según así lo hacen ver termina en un problema dónde se vuelve un caos desde su relación de matrimonio y su trabajo además de sus problemas personales y sus frustraciones como escritor ya que tiene mucho tiempo sin poder dedicarse por completo a lo que más le apasiona que es escribir. La actualización de Jenna Ortega es buena aunque no me gusta demasiado ella como actriz, aún así hizo bien el papel que le tocó desempeñar y dónde se muestra cómo una joven que termina enamorada y que al ver que no es correspondida termina cometiendo muchos errores que pueden destruir la vida de terceros, su mente está bastante obsesionada por la idea de haberse enamorado de su profesor y que este no la corresponda saca su peor lado.
Personally I really liked Martin Freeman's performance, which shows how a person who without having wanted to or according to what they make him see ends up in a problem where it becomes a chaos from his marriage relationship and his work in addition to his personal problems and frustrations as a writer because he has a long time without being able to devote himself completely to what he is most passionate about which is writing. Jenna Ortega's update is good although I don't like her too much as an actress, even so she did well in the role she played and where she shows how a young woman who ends up in love and seeing that she is not reciprocated ends up making many mistakes that can destroy the lives of others, her mind is quite obsessed by the idea of having fallen in love with her teacher and that he does not reciprocate brings out her worst side.
Cuando empecé a ver todos los comentarios acerca de la película me di cuenta de que era algo que se podía haber pasado del límite entre una historia que puede ser llevada al cine y algo que puedes leer en un libro. Hay muchas críticas hacia esta película sobre todo por la forma en que se puede llegar a romantizar una relación entre una persona adulta y una menor de edad o entre profesor y alumna, hay muchos temas que se pueden destacar como el hecho de que posiblemente hay muchas personas jóvenes que verán la película y no la entenderán de la manera adecuada pero es lo que se muestra en la misma película, una relación prohibida que puede provocar una emoción y erotismo hacia una relación de este tipo pero es algo que no deberían ver niños o jóvenes que aún están en proceso de aprender sobre quienes son y sobre el amor y las relaciones.
When I started to see all the comments about the movie I realized that it was something that could have crossed the line between a story that can be taken to the movies and something you can read in a book. There are many criticisms towards this movie mainly because of the way it can romanticize a relationship between an adult and a minor or between a teacher and a student, there are many issues that can be highlighted like the fact that possibly there are many young people who will see the movie and will not understand it in the right way but it is what is shown in the movie itself, a forbidden relationship that can provoke an emotion and eroticism towards a relationship of this kind but it is something that children or young people who are still in the process of learning about who they are and about love and relationships should not see.
Hablando en general sobre la película de género Thriller y Drama puedo decir que es una historia que se ha visto en otro tipo de películas donde vemos a un menor estar con una persona adulta y que hayan deseos de empezar una relación que es más que prohibida, además de eso la fotografía de la película hay que destacar que es brillante y que muestra de una manera muy perspicaz la historia mostrando escenarios bastante nublados y dónde destacaron las escenas más importantes, otra cosa es que hay personas que exageraron con que en la película habían muchas escenas sexuales explícitas y no es así realmente son como dos escenas las que pueden llegar a ser eróticas entre los protagonistas pero de resto la película tiene más escenas de suspenso y drama.
Speaking in general about the film of genre Thriller and Drama I can say that it is a story that has been seen in other types of films where we see a minor being with an adult person and that there are desires to start a relationship that is more than forbidden, besides that the photography of the film must be emphasized that it is brilliant and that shows in a very insightful way the story showing quite cloudy scenarios and where they highlighted the most important scenes, another thing is that there are people who exaggerated that in the film there were many explicit sexual scenes and it is not really like two scenes that can become erotic between the protagonists but otherwise the film has more scenes of suspense and drama.

No sabía de la existencia de este film, le daré una oportunidad porque tiene bastante drama. Bueno lo que pasa es que Jenna tiene cara de niña o más bien su edad es discimulada muy bien, es decir, coloquialmente se le podría llamar come años pero ya ella es adulta.
La gente critica muchas cosas por cualquier cosa, la diferencia de edad entre parejas es una, pero uno no conoce los trasfondos de cada situación entre gente así, a unos les va bien, otros lo hacen por puro interés y a otros llegado un punto la diferencia de edad les afecta a tal extremo de terminar la relación. Así que lo que quiero decir con esto es entre gustos y colores hay diferentes autores, lo importante es respetar los gustos de cada quien.
Pero si, ahorita la gente en general está muy tóxica por internet desde que el feminismo y el movimiento LGTB y todo el abecedario que le siga han agarrado porder. Cosa con la que definitivamente no estoy de acuerdo. Entre la generación de cristal y esa gente.. El caos en internet.

No sé la opinión es de los demás pero en mi opinión esta película está hecha para enfermos y fue hecha por enfermos.
Ya que la sola idea de pensar en una relación entre una menor de edad y un hombre adulto es algo totalmente insano y enfermo ya que puede motivar a las generaciones futuras a ver esto con normalidad y los pedófilos toman rienda suelta de esto.
