I think this anime has the ability to awaken the worst phobias of many of us, those insects look terrifying. And well, I understand about the open finale, that's not usually convenient in movies that are not so mediatic.

without a doubt the worst thing of all would be to see giant insects, much worse if you have a phobia of these animals. open endings have always seemed to me a bit annoying when there is still no continuity or at least not coming from a previous series and you know that more works will come later.
