Exhibition of the documentary short film at the National Art Gallery/Muestra del corto documental en la Galería de Arte Nacional

Greetings friends of Hive, I hope you are very well, today I come to tell you a little of the experience of what was the participation of Peinetas Producciones in the exhibition of the master Ernesto Ochoa.

Saludos amigos de Hive, espero que se encuentren mu bien, el día de hoy les vengo a contar un poco la experiencia de lo que fue la participación de Peinetas Producciones dentro de la exposición del maestro Ernesto Ochoa.

As I commented in a previous post, a few days ago I went to film this wonderful plastic artist, and today the short documentary was shown at the opening of his exhibition at the National Art Gallery.

Como comente en un post anterior, hace días fui a grabar a este maravilloso Artista Plástico, y en el día de hoy se mostró el corto documental dentro de la inauguración de su exposición en la Galería de Arte Nacional.

There were approximately two intense days of editing in the Davinci program to assemble the montage on top of the voice-over that lasted approximately 4 minutes, it was hard work where @sgarciacine and myself divided the tasks to complete the video, which was finished on Saturday 13/04/2024, one day before the exhibition.

Fueron aproximadamente dos días intensos de edición en el programa de Davinci para armar el montaje encima de la voz en off que duraba aproximadamente 4 minutos, fue un trabajo arduo donde @sgarciacine y mi persona nos dividimos las tareas para poder lograr culminar el video, el cual se terminó el día sábado 13/04/2024, un día antes de la exposición.

Today was the wonderful day where the exhibition of maestro Ochoa was inaugurated, Sebastián and I went to project the video and record the processes of the event.

Hoy fue el maravilloso día donde se inaugura la exposición del maestro Ochoa, Sebastián y mi persona fuimos a proyectar el video y a registrar los procesos del evento.

A day before, when we were editing, we agreed that I would record a summary of the event for the social networks, and that he would record the continuation of the documentary, since we felt that if we linked that part to the documentary we would achieve a better ending from the literary narration.

Un día antes, cuando estábamos editando, acordamos que yo grabaría un resumen del evento para las redes sociales, y que él grabaría la continuación del documental, ya que sentimos que si vinculamos esa parte al documental lograríamos un mejor final desde la narración literaria.

After the intervention of the national director of museums, the curator of the paintings and the master Ernesto, the documentary was shown.

Después de la intervención del director nacional de museos, el curador de los cuadros y el maestro Ernesto se pasó a la muestra del documental.

After the show we had the opportunity to give a few words to the filmmakers of the documentary, a space where we commented on our learning of the recording process and learning to know this great painter.

Después de la muestra nos tocó dar unas palabras a los realizadores del documental, espacio donde comentando nuestro aprendizaje del proceso de grabación y el aprendizaje de conocer a este gran Pintor.

After recording and photographing Ernesto's exhibition, I met my friends from El Cuártico, a podcast that my friend @jorgetenzi had told me about from quarantine, when I saw them I thought of my friend and asked him for a picture of them to show it to Jorge, they were surprised because I was not asking for a picture of them together, that caused a moment not understandable to anyone, ha, ha, ha, ha.

Después de grabar y fotografiar la exposición del maestro Ernesto, me pude encontré con los amigos del El Cuártico un pódcast que mi amigo @jorgetenzi me había comentado desde cuarentena, cuando los vi pensé en mi amigo por lo cual le solicite una fotografía de ellos para mostrársela a Jorge, ellos se extrañaron porque no le estaba pidiendo una foto juntos a ellos, eso ocasiono un momento no comprensible para ningunos, ja, ja, ja.

As you can see, later I did take a picture with them, a picture that made more sense.

Como pueden ver, posteriormente si me tome la fotografía junto a ellos, fotografía que tuvo más sentido.

And to culminate my link with the National Art Gallery I could not peel the photo in the interactive scenery that is Miranda's picture in the Carraca.

Y para culminar mi vínculo con la Galería de Arte Nacional no pude pelar la foto en la escenografía interactiva que hay de cuadro de Miranda en la Carraca.

Truly every day I am grateful for the opportunities offered by the audiovisual medium, the career that I love and that takes me to unimaginable places, I never thought I would achieve the dream of exhibiting an audiovisual material in a museum; we can only keep dreaming and keep loving what we do.

De verdad que cada día agradezco las oportunidades que me ofrece el medio audiovisual, la carrera que amo y la que me lleva a lugares inimaginables, nunca pensé que lograría el sueño de exponer un material audiovisual en un museo; Solo nos queda seguir soñando y seguir amando lo que hacemos.
