The Disappointing Crossover: Baki vs Kengan Ashura .
Those who are animation movie lovers like me will know about these two animation series of Baki Hanma and Kengan Ashura. Many people know less about Kengan Ashura, but I think many people know about Baki Hanma animation series and these two animation series have a good fan base, especially Baki Hanma. Both these animation series are taken from Japanese manga series. And these two animation series are released from Netflix. Baki Hanma and Kengan Ashura have published 2 seasons of these two animation series. And these two are action type animation movies. I said these for those who don't know about this animation series.
Both these animation series have different storylines. And every series is full of fighting. These are perfect for those who love to watch fighting type animations. I like the story of Kengan Ashura better than Baki Hanma. I see them sometimes. There is no exact information about when the season 3 of Kengan Ashura will come. But Kengan Ashura viewers have been waiting for season 3 for a long time.
Anyway, let's get to the main story. As I mentioned before, Baki Hanma and Kengan Ashura anime series have a good fan base. Netflix has released a new animation movie titled Baki Hanma VS Kengan Ashura on June 6 to increase the hype of the two animation fan bases. Baki Hanma VS Kengan Ashura is basically a fighting competition between two teams. The main leader of Baki Hanma's team is MITSUNARI TOKUGAWA and the main leader of Kengan Ashura's team is METSUDO KATAHARA. They are two friends and they are organizing this tournament together. There are basically two heroes, Baki and Ohma Tokita. Ohma Tokita is the hero of the Kengan Ashura series. Their fight is the main attraction of this series.
Not only them, there are many others in their group who are fighting here. There are some stories with him. Let me tell you some of the things I don't like about it. First of all the timing of the movie is very short 1 hour 2 minutes. There are many fighting heroes from the 2 groups shown here but the fighting scenes mainly show the main 3. As shown in the movie poster. The phytins do not seem complete to me. Screen timing of each hero is shown very less. Atlist main heroes Baki and Ohma Tokita should have been given more time. Where the title of this movie is baki hanma vs kengan ashura, the fighting scene between them ended in 10 minutes. This is really not expected. Netflix wants to collaborate on these two popular animation series in a very short time. They failed to capitalize on the hype of the audience. The movie does not allow the characters to build up properly.
After watching the movie I feel that baki hanma and kengan ashura show the introduction episode between the team.
However, many people may not understand what I have said here. Those who have not seen the previous seasons of these two animation series will not understand anything. And this can be another reason for the low rating of this animation movie. However, to understand this movie, watch all the previous series. You can watch the movie to pass the time but it will not be very good. thank you
The story is logical and predictable, but that's not why I didn't like the movie.
The animation is lousy, it is static, not very fluid, you can tell that the director is very linked to the animation seen in the Baki series and I did not like what was done with the part of Kengan Ashura, the fights are the worst of the film, they are repetitive and short and the whole film is a mess.
