Review of "Hidden Strike" movie
Hello Hivers. I hope everyone is doing well. Finally, I saw a newly released movie Hidden Strike starring the legendary actor Jackie Chan. After a long time, Jackie Chan was seen in a movie. I'm not sure if he's done any movie in this year after "The Foreigner." "Hidden Strike" came out on July 6th, and it's directed by Scott Waugh. By the way, Scott Waugh is also directing another cool movie, "The Expendables 4," which is coming out next month. I really like the "Expendables" series But after watching Hidden Strike I am very tense about The Expendables 4. And the reason is, now the IMDB rating of Hidden Strike is 5.4/10. You can understand the condition of the movie by watching the rating. And I think it will decrease day by day.
In "Hidden Strike," we see both Jackie Chan and John Cena as the main stars, and Pilou Asbaek is playing the role of villain in movie . I have seen this movie is basically because of presence Jackie Chan . And I liked watching the trailer . With such big stars, I thought the story would be beautiful, story based and exciting, but I found the movie's plot to be lacking. In this movie you will find mad max, fast and furious, THE Expendable, movie cheap filing. If you see the movie, you will think that the scenes from all these movies have been tried to be given cheap vibes here. If I compare it to Jackie Chan's last movie "The Foreigner, everyone enjoyed Jackie Chan's amazing performance in there . But his return in this one after almost six years wasn't that great.
The story plate of the movie is quite simple. This movie is basically based on the story of oil robbery. I am giving a little bit of spoilers. At the beginning of the movie, Jackie Chan and his team are given a task to carefully evacuate everyone from an oil factory in Baghdad. And it is planned to bring them all through a dangerous road called Highway of Death. And there is another village where John Cena lives. John Cena does a lot of Illegal work for money . And this time John Cena kidnaps some member of Jackie Chan group to earn money to fix the water motor of the people of that poor village. But he didn't aware before about oil robbery . And this kidnapping is done by John Cena's friend and the villain of this movie, Pilou Asbaek. After this, at one stage Jackie Chan and John Cena became friends and together they fought against Pilou Asbaek and their team. They won. I'm taking a lot of shortcuts. There are many story in this which you can understand by watching the movie.
The VFX of the movie was not too good. For example, in this part of the movie there is a fight scene Jackie Chan, John Cena and between the team of Pilou Asbaek but what do you think of the sky behind it? There are many more such sins. Jackie Chan fans, if you want to see Jackie Chan's fights like before in his movie, you don't need to watch this movie because there are many scenes of Jackie Chan's fights but you might not find what you're looking for in this movie.
But there are some good parts too. Jackie Chan and John Cena have some funny moments together, which I enjoyed. Overall, "Hidden Strike" didn't live up to what I hoped for, even with such a famous cast. Everyone's got different opinions about movies, so if you watching it, I'd love to hear what you think too. This is just how I felt about this movie , and I'm curious to know your thoughts. Thank you .
i wont want to say that it might be because of the break or the old age which is telling in the body but even at that the actor was srill able to do some action movie again. i will surely check out this movie so far jackie chan who is one of my favourite actor then. yhanks for bringing this movie to the community this time.
I have never heard of this movie but I tend to enjoy the work of John Cena, who I think has a great opportunity to be a serious, action-packed, and also comedy actor. I will put this on my list of things to see soon. Thanks to you because I likely wouldn't even know it existed if you hadn't written about it.
This is Best movie of this year 🔥😎🤌
Aunque no me gustan mucho las películas de acción, siempre son las favoritas de la mayoría del público , muy buena reseña felicitaciones .
