Hello movie lovers. How are you all I am here with a review of a new animated series. I think many people have not seen the film that I am going to review. This is also the story of a superhero from the DC universe. The series is called Freedom Fighters: The Ray. This animated series was released in 2017. Many are hearing its name for the first time and many may have seen it. This is the first time I've seen it. I've never heard of it before because the character isn't that well known and I don't remember seeing any other series of it and any other animated series. Tell me whether you have seen it or not? But I saw something new. And many new things have been shown in this series. Basically, he did whatever it took to flesh out the character. Another special thing I saw in this series was that it was the first time I saw a hero playing a gay character. No, I'm not saying it's bad. It's to each his own but I haven't seen it in any other series before.
😎
Let's go to the story of the series. The story of Ray Terrill, an ordinary man who becomes an extraordinary hero. The series is set in two different worlds: our world, where Rey lives a normal life, and an alternate world called Earth-X, where the Nazis won World War II. Ray Terrill is introduced as a middle-aged journalist. There he is passionate about fighting for justice. He is a kind and caring person, but he does not see himself as a hero. Ray's life changes forever when he meets another version of himself - a hero from Earth-X named Ray. This alternate Ray comes from a world where the Nazis are in power and is part of a group called the Freedom Fighters, who are trying to overthrow the evil regime.
😎
Earth-X Ray is badly injured and knows he is dying, so he transfers his light-based energy into Ray. These powers allow Ray to control light energy, which he can use to fly, create powerful energy blasts, and even become invisible. With these new powers, the new hero known as Rey becomes.
Three other DC super characters played villains on Earth-X. Overgirl, Dark Arrow and Blitzkrieg. Did not recognize? Here Supergirl's negative role name is Overgirl, Green Arrow's negative role name is Dark Arrow, and Flash's negative role name is Blitzkrieg. And their clothes are very different. very dark .
😎
Rey on the other hand joins other freedom fighters like Black Condor, Phantom Lady and Red Tornado. Together, they plan to overthrow the Nazi regime and free the people of Earth-X from oppression. The battle intensified, with heavy casualties on both sides.
As excited as Rey is about her powers in the series, her powers throw her into a variety of personal challenges. Problems with providing beam power to the current planet begin when Fire arrives from Earth-X almost dead. Since then-Earth Rey is a superhero, Rey worries about how her powers and new responsibilities will affect her relationship, but the boyfriend supports her, reminding Rey that being a hero doesn't mean she has to abandon him.
😎One of the series' most dramatic moments is when Ray confronts Overgirl, one of the brutal leaders of the Nazi regime. After a fierce battle, Ray manages to defeat him, but it is not an easy victory. Overgirl's death marked a turning point in the war, giving the freedom fighters the momentum they needed to move forward.
Overall I found the series average as it felt very boring at some points. The plot of the story is new it is quite good. Because the combination of superheroes with world war is quite unique. Hero fights will be very enjoyable. However, if you are a fan of animated series and want to watch an animated series with a new story, you can watch this series. And if you have seen it, then comment.
