The movie itself gave us insights about bullying and how to fight it and there are some cases that it will turn our like this in real life but there are some cases that were not because these bully person or people is too powerful.

In the film they do a wonderful job of attempting to paint a picture of what it is like for the person that is actually going through the process of dementia as well such as surroundings suddenly changing and people's faces not being the same as it was the day before, even though it wasn't the day before in reality. There had been many days or even weeks between the various "memories" that Anthony has. The people around him are mostly trying to be kind but their increased inability to accommodate him becomes greater and greater as we pass through the film.

These aspects made his parents allow a more comfortable life for their son in terms of taking a profession other than a musical career, because at his 20 years Bon Jovi was not anyone in the entertainment world, only an opening act (opening band) of other concerts, but at the academic level he was not studying a specific profession. This is similar to what we see today with young prospects who take a risk in a sport in order to reach a millionaire signature that will solve their life, in itself, is a risky bet because everything can go wrong and would only be lost years of life.

Some time ago I had seen small shorts of this romantic movie and this story caught my attention, it is Los imprevistos del amor where we have Rosie and Alex two best friends since childhood who face the unforeseen events of life and that came between what Rosie and Alex felt for each other.

It would not be an exaggeration to say that all other cinematographic genres here in Brazil depend on comedies and their respective financial profits to have a chance for themselves. A completely unfair rule, but it has worked for years. The big problem with this “recipe” is the fact that many comedies are terrible, but in the eyes of the general public, anything that makes people laugh (even very inappropriate jokes) is enough. This fuels my skepticism about how a large part of Brazilians see this art on national soil, just as an “escape valve” to escape their own reality (which is not totally wrong, but has its mistakes).

I like this type of movie that, in addition to being fun, has a message of love and family. It is a film that invites reflection on the prejudices of adoption, family and couple relationships, children and their challenges, among other things. Father is the one who raises in my opinion and this movie is an example of this. I invite you to watch Instant Family, you can find it on the Netflix platform, I hope you like it, hugs hivers.

The characters are top, very top. Ella Purnell or Lucy is a naive girl who will always see the rosy side of things, having never been on the outside that evil or malice is not in her so little will have to learn to be tougher with herself and with others even if it costs her a lot to do so. She is a very good actress, I already knew her from the Yellowjackets series and she was already looking good. Aaron Clifton Moten or Maximus is perhaps the most complex character because he always has an internal discussion, in him there will always be a doubt on how to do things based on the approval of others, he is always looking for it which will not always make things go as planned. And finally Walton Goggins or in the series as Howard Cooper or the Ghoul is someone who is driven by spite and revenge, he wants everyone to pay for past things. There may also be a hint of love in there as in the end he is looking for something concerning that as well.

It is not a production that will remain in the memory and mark a before or after, not at all, but it does have a good level of production and a great cast that makes it enjoyable. It is in this section where its greatest merit lies. Except for one of the actresses whose character seemed unnecessary to me. I am referring to the character of Jimena, the youngest daughter of Carmina and Gonzalo. A gay girl who is getting married and her attitude is that of a spoiled rich fool. I think she's just there so that her wedding and the respective parties are an excuse to have the family together. Take away that character and everything stays the same. She is played by the beautiful actress Maria Pedraza, but I'm sorry, I find her character unbearable.

The movie is well put together and it touches on a lot of important themes of the period and also the war. It asks questions about the validity of the war (like many do) but also about the protests of the time. Are the protestors for, or against the troops? What impact did these protests having on the troops themselves and what role should the Journalists be playing in the way they report on the war?

Baby Reindeer is like a classic tragicomedy; wrapped in misery and sentimental sadomasochism, to reflect sensitive and reprehensible behaviors of the human being. The series is more than little: in dealing with the subject of stalking, under the unimaginable pact between the stalker and the stalked, social dilemmas are released. A sick mind does not understand immorality, for it assumes that life works otherwise? Who is more evil, the one who looks at you indiscreetly or you who stares back? Some games are dangerous, but not random. Only you can set limits, and only you can avoid them. It is not a handicap, of course, for those who suffer from mental illness. Still, the patterns are there.
