Hello! As part of our ongoing efforts to improve both interaction and curation in the Movies and TV Shows Community, this post is one of many to highlight and boost members of the past week that have posted what we believe is exceptional content.
The Details
Each week, our Moderators will monitor the posts within the Movies and TV Shows Community and handpick the ones that are believed to stand out under numerous factors: post quality, length, and subject.
There are no entry requirements, and this is not a contest, but simply a roundup intended to provide additional exposure to all of you for your efforts. Just have fun posting in the Movies & TV Shows Community and five or more posts will be chosen frequently.

And the trending keeps going, bringing back to the big screen movies that for the most part did ok, it is the case of Den of Thieves (2018) now with a direct sequel picking up right after the events of the first movie, dropping into the French Riviera after the first movie was develop on the streets of Los Angeles.

In two weeks we will be talking about the winners of the Oscars to be held on March 2nd. There's a lot of expectation due to the Emilia Pérez controversy, the possibility of Demi Moore taking the statuette, the nominations that should have been included and were not made (why is the Challengers soundtrack not nominated?), but beyond all the important categories there's one that arouses great interest in me and that is Best International Film. Of the five nominated in this category, I needed to see one and I was able to see it last night thanks to the fact that it's available on MUBI.

Being a fan of “Pride and Prejudice” I have always liked Bridget Jones, plus I think all women at some point we can identify a little with her and this installment is no exception, but I warn you that if you are going to see it look for tissues because I had never cried so much with something of the saga. The film is directed by Micheal Morris and stars Reneé Zellwegger, also features the return of Hugh Grant to the franchise and has as new additions Leo Woodhall and Chiwetel Ejiofor.

There are movies that somehow renew something inside, give you goosebumps and bring out genuine laughter and the movie I want to talk about did all of those things for me. An animated movie that a child easily enjoys and laughs, but an adult feels to the bone and leaves you thinking and rethinking your existence and although it can cause laughter, the truth is that Wild Robot did achieve that in me.

In this opportunity I bring you the review of a drama quite different I would say, it is a drama full of mystery and romance that hooked me completely.

The truth is that lately Netflix has kept me very glued to its programming since the catalog it offers is very rich and there are many options to choose from, but while reviewing it I realized that there was a period series, something that caught my attention, especially when it comes to the history of Latin America, also, after watching the series Bolivar, an admirable campaign, I was eager to see something the same or similar, so Las Villamizar fell like a glove, so I will leave you my opinion in this post.

The streaming platform Apple Tv has given us this movie where you can see that they took care of some details for us, such as the casting, since it has as protagonists Miles Teller, whom I remember among other projects for the unforgettable Whiplash, the beautiful Anya Taylor-Joy, a young actress who is in fashion and we see her in many projects, personally I must remember her in the series Queen's Gambit, and by the way they give us Sigourney Weaver, our Lieutenant Ellen Ripley from Alien or Dr. Grace Augustine from Avatar; That is to say, this casting was done with love.

I think all of us who find ourselves in the tireless search for innovative content live the constant disappointment of wasting time watching generic series and movies, every day any number of film and television material is broadcasted or released and the number seems to be growing over the years. In that sense, it is impossible to have time to cover even a small percentage of the content available in streaming or on television, so it is imperative to be efficient in choosing what we will watch, and well, it is something that is said to be easy, but it is a bet that we will probably lose.
Congratulations to everyone that was chosen, and thank you to everyone posting in Movies and TV Shows! We look forward to the next report and highlighting even more of you.
