Scream Saga (Horror Movie)

Scream (1996): The original film, directed by Wes Craven, follows Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell), a teenager who becomes the target of a serial killer terrorizing her town. Scream 2 (1997): The sequel picks up Sidney Prescott's story as she begins her freshman year in college. But when a series of murders related to a horror movie being filmed on campus start happening, Sidney finds herself once again fighting for her life.

Scream 3 (2000): This third installment takes place several years after the events of the second film. Sidney has managed to stay away from danger, but when a killer starts targeting the members of the cast of the Hollywood's latest horror movie she's helping to produce, she must return to her hometown to confront her past.

Scream 4 (2011): Ten years after the events of the third movie, Sidney Prescott returns to Woodsboro, her hometown, to promote her new book. But when a new wave of murders starts happening, she, along with her childhood friends and some new characters, must uncover who's behind them.

Now, from here changes in the role arise, many things changed in Scream 5 (2022) and Scream 6 (2023)

**Scream 5 (2022): **
25 years after the original killing spree carried out by Billy Loomis and Stu Macher in Woodsboro, and 10 years after the second Woodsboro killing spree carried out by Jill Roberts and Charlie Walker, young Tara Carpenter (Jenna Ortega) is looking forward to meeting up with her friend Amber (Mikey Madison) when she starts receiving constant phone calls from an unknown number.

And last and the most recent, Scream 6, compared to 5, in my opinion this is the best, I saw it 1 week ago

Scream 6 (2023):
In New York City during Halloween season, adjunct film professor Laura Crane is lured out of a bar only to be killed by her student, Jason Carvey, who is dressed as Ghostface. Jason conspires with his roommate Greg to kill the Carpenter sisters, but when they arrive at their apartment, they receive a call from a different Ghostface, who has killed Greg and subsequently stabs Jason, who with his last breath tells Ghostface "we have to finish the movie," to which Ghostface replies "who cares about movies" before killing him for good.

In conclusion, the Scream movies have been a huge success in the horror and slasher genre since their release in 1996. The franchise has managed to keep audiences engaged over the years with its innovative approach to the genre, twist-filled plot, and impressive cast.
