[ESP/ENG] Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World (2010) - Review: “Una película con la estética de un videojuego”
Hola hive, hoy les vengo a hablar sobre una película bastante divertida que tuve la oportunidad de revisitar hace unos días y realmente no me acordaba de casi nada, así que más o menos fue con volverla a ver por primera vez y quiero traerles un poco de mi opinión, así que por eso es que hoy les quiero hablar de Scott Pilgrim vs. The World
Scott Pilgrim vs. The World es una película de comedia y acción lanzada en el 2010, dirigida por Edgar Wright y protagonizada por Michael Cera y Mary Elizabeth Winstead, está basada en una serie de historietas llamadas Scott Pilgrim, dibujadas por Bryan Lee O'Malley. Esta película nos muestra a Scott Pilgrim, un bajista de una banda quien conoce a Ramona Flowers la chica de sus sueños, pero no todo es perfecto ya que se entera que tiene que luchar con todos los Ex novios malvados de Ramona para así poder quedarse con ella. Ya habiendo dado un poco de contexto ahora si comencemos.
Siempre me gusta empezar hablando de lo que más me encanto de la película y en este caso sin duda es la estética de la película, tanto la primera vez como ahorita que la volví a ver, algo que me gustó mucho es como adaptan esa estética de videojuegos para una película liveAction, desde que la vi este concepto me pareció genial y considero que le de una identidad increíble a esta película, aparte también sirve muchas veces para exagerar situaciones y crear humor en base a esto.
En cuanto a la dirección me parece que Edgar Wright hace un trabajo increíble y es todo lo mencionado anteriormente siento que en parte es gracias a su excelente visión para esta película y es que aunque si es verdad que las historietas pueden tener una estética algo similar, llevar ese tipo de conceptos a un LiveAction es un poco más complejo y más aún hace unos años, pero sin duda el resultado es increible.
La historia sinceramente es bastante sencilla y es que con solo leer la premisa ya vamos a saber totalmente de lo que va la película, pero esta película no apuesta mucho por una trama compleja ni giros esperados, sino que buscan situaciones “comunes” y las exageran lo más posible para lograr, pero si estas buscando una trama que te vuele la cabeza, sin duda estás buscando en el lugar incorrecto.
Desde que vi esta película me di cuenta que a Michael Cera este personaje le queda como anillo al dedo y es que los personajes de este actor siempre se mueven en una línea bastante similar, como pudimos ver recientemente en la película de barbie donde interpreta a Alan, sin embargo en este caso es toda una película que gira en torno a este tipo de personaje, y las situaciones cómicas e irónicas que se generan son incontables, entonces tenemos que admitir que parte del dinamismo de la película también es producto del buen trabajo de este actor, que en lo personal me gusta bastante.
También la música tiene un papel protagonista en Scott Pilgrim vs. The World y era algo de lo que no recordaba tanto de la película y ahorita que la volví a ver también me gustó, cada escena de batallas musicales me parecen geniales, no solo porque de por si la música de la película es buena sino que también son las escenas más divertidas y donde la película explota el 100% de la estética que les mencione anteriormente
Scott Pilgrim Vs The World me parece una película bastante divertida y entretenida, admito que considero que no es para todo el mundo, ya que creo que hay personas que le puede parecer “tonta”, sin embargo a mi en lo personal me encanta, además de que es una película que uno puede dejar reproduciendo sin prestarle mucha atención y de igual forma vamos a entender.
En conclusión siento que es una gran pelicula, más si lo vemos de una forma objetiva ya que cuenta con: una dirección increíble, una estética bastante original y una historia divertida que uno muy bien cada aspecto positivo de esta película, pero siento que si hay que tener claro que al final del día es una película cómica, por lo que siento que hay personas que les pueden gustar y otras que no, pero a mi en lo personal me encanto!

Hi hive, today I come to talk to you about a pretty funny movie that I had the chance to revisit a few days ago and I really didn't remember almost anything, so more or less it was with re-watching it for the first time and I want to bring you a little bit of my opinion, so that's why today I want to talk to you about Scott Pilgrim vs. The World.
The World__ is a comedy-action movie released in 2010, directed by Edgar Wright and starring Michael Cera and Mary Elizabeth Winstead, it is based on a comic book series called Scott Pilgrim, drawn by Bryan Lee O'Malley. This movie shows us Scott Pilgrim, a bass player in a band who meets Ramona Flowers the girl of his dreams, but not everything is perfect as he learns that he has to fight all of Ramona's evil ex-boyfriends in order to keep her. Having given a little context, let's get started.
I always like to start talking about what I love most about the movie and in this case it is undoubtedly the aesthetics of the film, both the first time and now that I saw it again, something I really liked is how they adapt the aesthetics of video games for a liveAction movie, since I saw this concept I thought it was great and I think it gives an incredible identity to this film, besides it also serves many times to exaggerate situations and create humor based on this.
As for the direction I think Edgar Wright does an incredible job and it is all mentioned above I feel that is partly thanks to his excellent vision for this film and is that although it is true that the comics may have a somewhat similar aesthetic, bring such concepts to a LiveAction is a bit more complex and even more so a few years ago, but certainly the result is incredible.
The story is honestly quite simple and just by reading the premise we will already know what the film is about, but this film does not bet much on a complex plot or expected twists, but they look for "common" situations and exaggerate them as much as possible to achieve, but if you are looking for a plot that will blow your mind, you're definitely looking in the wrong place.
Since I saw this movie I realized that this character fits Michael Cera like a glove and the characters of this actor always move in a very similar line, as we saw recently in the barbie movie where he plays Alan, however in this case is a whole movie that revolves around this type of character, and the comic and ironic situations that are generated are countless, then we have to admit that part of the dynamism of the film is also a product of the good work of this actor, who personally I like quite a lot.
The music also has a leading role in Scott Pilgrim vs. The World and it was something I did not remember so much of the film and now that I saw it again I also liked it, every scene of musical battles seem great to me, not only because the music of the film is good but also because they are the funniest scenes and where the film exploits 100% of the aesthetics that I mentioned above.
Scott Pilgrim Vs The World seems to me a pretty funny and entertaining movie, I admit that I consider that it is not for everyone, as I think there are people who may find it "silly", however I personally love it, plus it is a movie that you can leave playing without paying much attention and we will still understand it.
In conclusion I feel that it is a great movie, more if we see it in an objective way because it has: an incredible direction, a very original aesthetic and a funny story that one very well every positive aspect of this film, but I feel that if you have to be clear that at the end of the day is a comic movie, so I feel that there are people who may like it and others who do not, but I personally loved it!

Esta película la vi hace tiempo y me encantó! Realmente me gustó bastante, y como dices, es una película sencilla pero divertida, con una muy buena dirección. Creo que sí la dirección no hubiera sido tan buena, el concepto de la película tal vez hubiera quedado un poco ridículo, gracias a Dios el resultado fue genial. Excelente reseña! Saludos.
Nunca he visto esta película pero ciertamente se ve que tiene una estética muy llamativa.
esta película ciertamente es un agarre al locura me encanta que están como dentro de un videojuego y todo parece tan loco y tiene razón la música forma una parte importante de esta película sobre todo por las batallas musicales que hay también me encantaron Muchas gracias por compartir
Amo ver esta película siempre que me la encuentro por ahí, nunca deja de divertirme, además de que es muy buena, mejor de lo que se podría llegar a esperar de una película con una trama como esta, la verdad. No puedo esperar a que se estrene el anime, que va a tener a los mismos actores haciando las voces de sus personajes, será increíble.
