Wikipedia

There's a whole lot of movies out there with wild animals in it. And I'm very sure it's ranges of different genres, and they are all nice movies.

But as it's always been in this community, you're to choose your favorite from the pack. So for my favorite In this week's contest, I will go for "Lion King (1994)".

"The Lion King" is a very classic movie that has been around for a long time now. We won't deny the fact that people of all ages seem to love this movie ever since the first instalment came out in 1994.

Lion King Is an animated movie made by Disney, and it's one movie known for it's nice storyline, beautiful animated scenes and danceable soundtracks.

Though this movie was animated way back in the 90s. Somehow till today, I still find animated pictures beautiful and impressive. The way Disney tried in depiction of the African savannah and all the wild animals is worth applauding. From the beautiful landscape and nature, to the tender looks of the wild animals. Seriously, they made them look so cute.

plot:
Unlike any other jungle themed movie "The Lion King" has a very easy and understandable storyline. It is basically a movie about a young lion called Simba, who was supposed to ascend the throne as the king after the sad/brutal death of his father by his uncle. Like I'll always say fate happened, and Simba's happy life changed. He meets new friends and goes on an adventure of finding himself before coming back to fight and reclaim his throne.

Casts
The movie does have a great number of casts. Simba was a character voiced by two actors Matthew Broderick when he's grown up and Jonathan Taylor Thomas when he's a cub respectively. Scar, his villain uncle, was voiced by Jeremy Irons.

James Earl Jones as Mufasa, Whoopi Goldberg as Shenzi, Rowan Atkinson as Zazu, Ernie Sabella as Pumbaa etc.

soundtrack:
Another great part in the production of this movie was the music. Each sound was a combination of nice tunes that gives you great vibes and sometimes dance too. With songs like "Circle of Life," "Hakuna Matata," and "Can You Feel the Love Tonight". Definitely this is one other side of the movie that makes it a classic till today.

Elton John and Hans Zimmer made some of the songs and soundtracks for this animated movie. Hakuna Matata is still being remixed by musicians till today. "He lives in me is still being used for choreography by kids in my part of the world till today.

My Take
The movie simply talks about the simple yet important things in life like responsibilities, and trying to know who we truly are.

Also it basically gives you a range of various emotions. One time you're happy and vibing hard with the movie and the next minute you're sad with the way things are turning out with Simba. It's a movie portraying the wild world but somehow you get to relate with every scene.

I highly recommend this movie, it's a nice and interesting movie.

Lion King has to be one animated movie that I never get tired of seeing. Especially the birth of Simba😊

I love the soundtrack and I also love when all the animals gathered for his birth.
