Ryan Gosling – I’m just Ken (Barbie)
La canción producida por Mark Ronson y Andrew Wyatt e interpretado por Ryan Gosling con una letra que critica las habilidades de lo que hace Ken con su vida y reflexionas. Barbie tuvo un gran año por su éxito taquillero. Este tema lo noto con algo de pop rock muy ansioso con riff de guitarras muy al estilo del gran Slash de los Guns N' Roses con colaboraciones de Wolfgang Van Halen y Josh Freese, es sin duda que quisieron dar ese toque roquero en el tema.
Siempre he pensado que cuando hay mucho dinero y una gran producción siempre van a invitar a grandes artistas musicales para que toque la pieza y obtener buenos resultados para los seguidores de la música popular y los fans de Barbie. Ryan Gosling estará interpretando el tema en la ceremonia.

Jon Batiste y Dan Wilson – It never went away (American Symphony)
El tema sobre el documental biográfico de Jon Batiste y la lucha contra la leucemia que sufre su esposa Suleika Jaoaud.
La canción habla de los sentimientos que tiene el músico por su esposa que nunca cambiará, que siempre será el mismo, su cara es perfecta. Una letra bien hecha y excelente voz que tiene Jon, él también será unos de los grandes músicos en subirse al escenario para interpretar el tema, canción que puede llevarse el Oscar, pero veremos la ceremonia para ver qué ocurrirá.

Vi la película Killers of the Flower Moon en diciembre me pareció una genialidad de Martin Scorsese. La canción está en la lengua nativa de los Osage y habla de los lejos que han llegado, suenan muchos tambores que viene siendo un rito a sus ancestros, la canción fue escrita por Scott George y es la primera vez con un indígena Osage es nominado al Oscar como Mejor Canción Original.
Becky G – The fire inside (Flamin’ hot)
Creo que es la primera vez que un tema de reggaetón está nominado en la lista de los Oscars y Diane Warren ha tenido 15 nominaciones en lo que va en su carrera como compositora y aún no ha logrado ninguno.
¿Será que Diane Warren por fin se gana el Oscar?
Para mi dudo que obtenga ese Oscar ya que la competencia está reñida con la rivalidad de grandes composiciones. La película es dirigida por Eva Longoria en su debut como directora. Los invito que vean esta gran historia de Flamin' Hot.

Billie Eilish – What was I made for? (Barbie)
Este tema para mi es el más importante y tiene una gran oportunidad en llevarse su segundo galardón, ya que en el año 2022 se llevó su primer Oscar por colaborar con la película James Bond: No Time to Die.
El sencillo fue escrito por Billie Eilish y su hermano Finneas. siempre me han gustado los temas de reflexión y con mucha melancolía, la letra habla de que alguien se siente atrapado y ya no siente seguridad de sí misma, que a veces se siente feliz.
En mi opinión a veces me siento así de vulnerable para realizar actividades y desarrollar cosas creativas, somos seres humanos y siempre habrá sentimientos que nos abordan.
La intérprete recibió importantes galardones por este excelente sencillo:
• Critics Choice Awards en la categoría de Mejor canción.
• Golden Globes en la categoría de Canción original.
• Grammys 2024 en las categorías de Canción del año y Mejor canción escrita para medios visuales.

Hola, en realidad la compositora Diane Warren es muy amiga de la organización del Oscar y es por eso que la toman mucho en cuenta en las ceremonias y ha obtenido 15 nominación al Oscar y no ha ganado ningún premio en lo que va en su carrera artística.
