Saludos amigas y amigos, voy a reconectarme con hive y quiero comenzar hablando de una película que amé cuando la vi por primera vez y aun sigo amandola, te voy a hablar de “El diario de una pasión” que una de esas películas que te dejan el corazón hecho puré, pero en el buen sentido, ¿sabes?

Para empezar, esta película es como un viaje en el tiempo. Te mete de lleno en esa época de los años 40, con esos paisajes súper románticos, los vestidos bonitos de Allie y ese amor que parece de cuento. Noah, con su mirada intensa y su manera tan sencilla de amar, es como ese hombre que todas soñamos encontrar: apasionado, fiel y con un corazón gigante, y Allie, bueno, ella es esa chica que tiene todo planeado, pero el amor le revienta los esquemas, y eso es tan real, ¿no? A veces la vida te da sorpresas y el corazón no entiende de planes.
To start with, this film is like a trip back in time, it takes you right into the 40s, with those super romantic landscapes, Allie's pretty dresses and that love that seems like a fairy tale, Noah with his intense gaze and his simple way of loving, is like that man we all dream of finding: passionate, faithful and with a giant heart, and Allie, well, she's that girl who has everything planned, but love blows her schemes up, and that's so real, isn't it? Sometimes life gives you surprises and the heart doesn't understand plans.

Lo que más me llega de esta peli es cómo muestra que el amor no es perfecto. Noah y Allie pelean, se separan, viven sus vidas, pero ese amor que tienen es como una llama que nunca se apaga. Y eso es lo que a nosotras nos hace llorar, porque sabemos que el amor verdadero no es solo maripositas y felicidad todo el tiempo, sino también lucha, sacrificio y perdón. Cuando Allie tiene que elegir entre Noah y Lon, ese otro hombre que representa la estabilidad y lo que su familia quiere para ella, es como un reflejo de esas decisiones difíciles que a veces nos toca tomar en la vida.
What touches me the most about this movie is how it shows that love isn't perfect. Noah and Allie fight, they break up, they live their lives, but the love they have is like a flame that never goes out, and that's what makes us cry, because we know that true love isn't just butterflies and happiness all the time, but also struggle, sacrifice and forgiveness. When Allie has to choose between Noah and Lon, that other man who represents stability and what her family wants for her, it's like a reflection of those difficult decisions that we sometimes have to make in life.

Te voy a hablar un poco del final sin profundizar mucho ¡porque me pongo a llorar otra vez! la escena final, cuando están viejitos y se van juntos... Dios mío, es tan hermoso y triste a la vez., te hace pensar en cómo el amor puede durar toda la vida, pero también en lo frágil que es todo, es como un recordatorio de que hay que valorar cada momento con las personas que amamos.
I'm going to tell you a little about the ending without going into too much detail because I'm going to start crying again! The final scene, when they're old and they go away together... My God, it's so beautiful and sad at the same time, it makes you think about how love can last a lifetime, but also how fragile everything is, it's like a reminder that we have to value every moment with the people we love.

En resumen, El diario de una pasión es una de esas películas que te tocan el alma. Te hace creer en el amor, te hace llorar, te hace reír y te deja pensando en la vida, para mí, es una de esas joyitas que nunca pasan de moda, y cada vez que la veo, me enamoro de nuevo de Noah y de esa historia tan bonita, aqui te hablé con algunos spoilers pero espero que la veas y la disfrutes como lo hago yo y luego me digas ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de la peli?
