Breathe!...Seek connection and control your emotions | The Elemental Movie Review (En-Es)

One of the great problems of the human being is the control of emotions. It is so, but so difficult, that for some people, therapies, courses or workshops are of no use. Not even threats because they are rooted in the mind and it commands everything. As in the case of explosive and bad-tempered people. They can be very calm and suddenly explode and catch fire like a match.
When it comes to emotions, human beings try to achieve balance, but most of the time they do not succeed. If people do not want inside themselves to change and try to be better, no one can motivate them. We go from one emotion to another in fractions of a second, it is a back and forth. We alone decide if we want to smile, sing, love and be happy. In reality, we just have to try not to let the negative ones prevail.
The power lies within us and we are the only ones capable of controlling our emotions. If we accept ourselves, we have won half the race. In this film, Ember's friend Ember, like many people, gets excited, angry and out of her mind. She has a hard time reaching a point of equilibrium. Her father tries to calm her down and explains the best way, and tells her:
Breathe!... Look for connection.
On the other hand, change is seen as a need for improvement. Sometimes life changes us and we have to look for new horizons and face that which paralyzes us. Mr. Bernie and Mrs. Cinder arrive in Ciudad Elementos, with his wife, two suitcases, his llama and dreams. They survive and start their business. His character is kind, polite, positive and enterprising.
Disney in its cartoon films gives us life lessons and makes us reflect on certain issues, some of them about paradigms and taboos of society. One of the cases is the film Elements. In this film there are four elements that have nothing in common, they represent society. That society that discriminates, marginalizes and with stereotypes that point the finger at us if we dare to get out of the lane.
OMG, at this point the human being almost in extinction and we still talk about social classes, clans, castes, among others. Cartoon films with subliminal messages to maintain society and its obsolete paradigms that human beings no longer accept. OMG, a law prevents the elements from mixing. I put a zipper over my mouth and I'm not going to tell you about it. I invite you to see it, I liked it. It has messages that make us reflect.

Wade and Ember meet by chance, together they have fun, get into mischief and make this film special. Their friendship helps them to grow, to recognize their flaws and to question many things in the lives of the inhabitants of Element City. He learns to control his emotions, and she learns to develop and relate more with others.
In this film obsolete paradigms of society are captured, including social difference, discrimination, lack of empathy of some human beings, among others. Also the imposition of parents to make their children do what they say. Another relevant theme that is dealt with in the film, and that touched my heart, was that of immigration. At the beginning, when they came on the boat arriving to Ciudad Elementos, it made me cry.
Ciudad Elementos is beautiful, the colors, the gardens, the canals, the sky, the clouds, and the water. It was released in the year 2023. For one hour and forty-two minutes you will enjoy an unforgettable movie, with adventures, comedy and friendship. It was directed by Peter Sohn. This film is nominated for the Oscar Awards of the 96th edition, as best animated film. My money is on it. I invite you to the Dolby Theater in Hollywood, on March 10 at 7:00 pm Venezuela time.

Uno de los grandes problemas del ser humano es el control de emociones. Es tan, pero tan difícil, que a algunos no les valen de nada las terapias, cursos ni talleres. Ni siquiera las amenazas porque están arraigadas en la mente y ella comanda todo. Como el caso, de las personas explosivas y con mal carácter. Pueden estar muy tranquilos y de repente explotan y se incendian como un fósforo.
Cuando se trata de las emociones, el ser humano intenta alcanzar el equilibrio, pero la mayoría de las veces no lo logra. Si las personas no desean en su interior cambiar y tratar de ser mejores, nadie puede motivarlos. Pasamos de una emoción a otra en fracciones de segundo, es un vaivén. Solo nosotros decidimos, si queremos sonreír, cantar, amar y ser felices. En realidad, solo hay que tratar que las negativas no prevalezcan.
El poder estar dentro de nosotros y somos los únicos capaces de controlar nuestras emociones. Si nos aceptamos tenemos la mitad de la carrera ganada. En este filme, la amiguita Ember al igual que muchas personas, se exalta, enfurece y se sale de sus casillas. A ella le cuesta lograr el punto de equilibrio. Su padre trata de calmarla y le explica cuál es la mejor manera, y le dice:

Por otro lado, se plantea el cambio como una necesidad de mejora. A veces la vida nos cambia y hay que buscar nuevos horizontes y enfrentarnos a eso que nos paraliza. El Sr Bernie y la Sra. Cinder llegan a Ciudad Elementos, con su esposa, dos maletas, su llamita y sueños. Sobrevivieron e iniciaron su negocio. Su personaje es amable, educado, positivo y emprendedor.
Disney en sus películas de dibujos animados nos da lecciones de vida y nos hace reflexionar sobre ciertos temas, algunos sobre paradigmas y tabúes de la sociedad. Uno de los casos, es el filme Elementos. En este habitan cuatro elementos que no tienen nada en común, representan a la sociedad. Esa sociedad que discrimina, margina y con estereotipos que nos señalan con el dedo si nos atrevemos a salirnos del carril.
OMG, a estas alturas el ser humano casi en extinción y todavía se habla de clases sociales, clanes, castas, entre otros. Filmes de dibujos animados con mensajes subliminales para mantener la sociedad y sus paradigmas obsoletos que el ser humano ya no acepta. OMG, una la ley impide que los elementos se mezclen. Me pongo un cierre en la boca y no se las voy a contar. Les invito a verla, a mí me gusto. Tiene mensajes que nos ponen a reflexionar.

Wade y Ember se conocen por casualidad, juntos se divierten, hacen travesuras y hacen que este filme sea especial. Su amistad les ayuda a crecer, a reconocer sus defectos y a cuestionar muchas cosas de la vida de los habitantes de Ciudad Elementos. Él aprende a controlar sus emociones y ella a desenvolverse y a relacionarse más con los demás.
En este filme se plasman paradigmas obsoletos de la sociedad, entre ellos la diferencia social, la discriminación, la falta de empatía de algunos seres humanos, entre otros. También la imposición de los padres a que los hijos hagan lo que ellos dicen. Otro tema relevante que se trata en el filme, y que a mí me llego al corazón, fue el de la inmigración. Al inicio, cuando venían en el barco llegando a Ciudad Elementos, me hizo llorar.
Ciudad elementos es bellísima, los colores, jardines, canales, el cielo, las nubes, y el agua. Fue estrenada en el año 2023. Durante una hora y cuarenta y dos minutos disfrutará de una película inolvidable, con aventuras, comedia y amistad. Fue dirigida por Peter Sohn. Este filme está nominado a los Premios Óscar de la edición 96, como mejor película de animación. Yo apuesto por ella. Los invito al teatro Dolby de Hollywood, el 10 de marzo a las 7:00 pm hora Venezuela.

Hola amiga, esta es una película muy bonita e interesante por la manera como lograron desarrollarla, en incluso el ser humano siempre va a pasar y presentar esas emociones en cualquier momento y es algo que es muy difícil de cambiar. Más allá de esos ver a los personajes animados con cada uno de los elementos permite que sea atractiva y cada segundo vale la pena, además cargada de muy buenos mensajes donde a la final todo está en uno mismo. Excelente reflexión y genial que hayas disfrutado de este gran clásico.
