Ya te Extraño, en tus Peores Momentos un Verdadero Amigo está Junto a tí // I Miss You Already, In Your Worst Moments A True Friend Is By Your Side

Saludos queridos cinéfilos, bienvenidos a mi blog y a la comunidad de #MoviesTVShow, les deseo un feliz día. Revisando en Netflix el catálogo de películas disponibles llamó mi atención la pelicula que lleva por nombre "Ya te Extraño", estrenada en el año 2015 y protagonizada por Drew Barrymore y Toni Collette, dos actrices que en mi opinión son excelentes. La película resalta la verdadera amistad, a pesar de todos los obstáculos la amistad entre nuestras protagonista Milly y Jess es inquebrantable, ellas se apoyan en los buenos y malos momentos, haciendo frente a todos los acontecimientos inesperados que amenazan su amistad.

Greetings dear movie lovers, welcome to my blog and the #MoviesTVShow community, I wish you a happy day. While checking the catalog of available movies on Netflix, my attention was caught by the movie called "I Miss You Already", released in 2015 and starring Drew Barrymore and Toni Collette, two actresses who in my opinion are excellent. The movie highlights true friendship, despite all the obstacles the friendship between our protagonists Milly and Jess is unbreakable, they support each other in good and bad times, facing all the unexpected events that threaten their friendship.

Milly y Jess se conocen en el colegio y a pesar de que son muy diferentes en cuanto a la personalidad se hacen inseparables, juntas lo comparten todo. Milly es más extrovertida y siempre la primera en todo, la primera en tener su primer período mestrual, tener sexo , casarse; al contrario de Jess que es más reservada y suele seguir Milly en sus aventuras. Al ser adultas sus vidas son muy diferentes, pero su amistad se ha mantenido y fortalecido con el paso de los años.

Milly and Jess meet at school and despite their very different personalities they become inseparable, together they share everything. Milly is more extroverted and always the first in everything, the first to have her first period, have sex, get married; unlike Jess who is more reserved and usually follows Milly on her adventures. As adults their lives are very different, but their friendship has remained and strengthened over the years.

Todo se vuelve un caos y pone a prueba su amistad cuándo Milly es diagnosticada con cáncer, mientras Jess desea ser madre y se somete a tratamientos de fertilidad, quedando embarazada, dos acontecimientos muy diferentes que ellas tendrán que aprender a compaginar para conservar su amistad. Imáginate decirle a tu mejor amiga en su peor momento a riesgo de morir que estás embarazada, es muy difícil.

Everything turns into chaos and puts their friendship to the test when Milly is diagnosed with cancer, while Jess wants to be a mother and undergoes fertility treatments, becoming pregnant, two very different events that they will have to learn to combine in order to maintain their friendship. Imagine telling your best friend at her worst moment and risking death that you are pregnant, it is very difficult.

La película es muy emotiva y lloré en algunos momentos, yo soy sobreviviente de cáncer y el apoyo de los verdaderos amigos es muy importantes en esos momentos tan difíciles, son ellos los que te aníman y junto a tu familia te prestan un hombro para llorar. Además la actuación de Collette como Milly estuvo fabuloso,su cara es muy expresiva, ella logró conmoverme en su personaje de una mujer con cáncer que lucha por su vida y con la inseguridad que representa para una mujer perder un seno.

The film is very emotional and I cried at times. I am a cancer survivor and the support of true friends is very important in such difficult times. They are the ones who encourage you and, along with your family, lend you a shoulder to cry on. In addition, Collette's performance as Milly was fabulous. Her face is very expressive. She managed to move me in her role as a woman with cancer who is fighting for her life and with the insecurity that losing a breast represents for a woman.

Ya te Extraño es una película cliché y cuyo tema ha sido explotado en muchas oportunidades en películas y series de televisión, pero ésta en particular me gustó mucho ya que se centra en la amistad de Milly y Collette, todo lo demás queda en un segundo plano, no se centra en la contemplación de la muerte y la lucha por la vida. Te invito a ver esta película en la comodidad de tu hogar, espero tengas la oportunidad de verla, abrazos hivers.

I Miss You Already is a cliché movie whose theme has been exploited on many occasions in films and television series, but I particularly liked this one because it focuses on the friendship between Milly and Collette, everything else takes a backseat, it doesn't focus on the contemplation of death and the struggle for life. I invite you to watch this movie in the comfort of your home, I hope you have the opportunity to see it, hugs hivers.
