Saludos queridos cinéfilos, bienvenidos a mi blog y a la comunidad de #Movies&TVShow, les deseo un feliz y maravilloso día, Hoy les quiero recomendar ver "Cuatro días más", una película basada en hechos reales que se estrenó en el año 2020 y que ahora está en tendencia en la plataforma de Netflix, está protagonizada por Glenn Close y Mila Kunis, dos actrices excelentes que se lucieron en sus personajes en esta cruda y emotiva película que trata sobre los estragos que las adicciones causan en la persona que las padece como en su entorno familiar.

Molly es una joven adicta a las drogas que ha tocado fondo, ella decide tocar la puerta de la casa de su madre para pedir ayuda como muchas veces antes, Deb está cansada de las mentiras y las manipulaciones de su hija Molly que le promete que esta vez va a dejar su adicción, al final Molly siempre vuelve a las drogas y comienza otra vez el ciclo de autodestrucción, ¿esta vez será diferente? Pero como madre es muy difícil hacer la vista a un lado al ver a tu hija durmiendo en las calles pasando frio y hambre,presa del peligro, la esperanza y el amor siempre convencen a Ded de ayudar a su hija pese que ella le ha robado dinero, objetos valiosos y por sobre todo la tranquilidad.

Ded lleva a Molly a un Hospital para que reciba tratamiento, siendo este su 15º intento de sobriedad, luego del tratamiento el médico le dice que hay una droga que podría ayudarla a dejar su adicción, pero para recibirla ella necesita mantener su cuerpo libre de drogas por cuatro días más. El problema radica en que Molly ya no puede quedarse en el hospital, Ded debe llevarla a casa y vigilar que no recaiga, poniendo a prueba la relación entre ellas una vez más.

La película me encantó y como madre me identifiqué con Ded en muchos aspectos, al igual que Ded yo no podría cerrarle la puerta a mi hija si me pide ayuda, la esperanza de que sane siempre estaría en mi corazón, sin embargo, pienso que hay que poner límites y no dejarse manipular. La dinámica entre madre e hija me conmovió, Ded se aferró a su esperanza y Molly deseaba un nuevo comienzo en su vida, juntas trabajaron en lograr el objetivo de de poner fin al consumo de drogas de Molly. A través del proceso de desintoxicación ellas sanaron heridas del pasado y aprendieron a perdonarse, el amor madre e hija prevaleció siempre.

I loved the movie and as a mother I identified with Ded in many ways, just like Ded I couldn't close the door on my daughter if she asked me for help, the hope that she would heal would always be in my heart, however, I think there is You have to set limits and not let yourself be manipulated. The dynamic between mother and daughter moved me, Ded clung to her hope and Molly wanted a new start in her life, together they worked to achieve the goal of ending Molly's drug use.
